I've been here 4 times already and it's usually the same. We were seated right away, but the soda was flat, the food taste good but takes long (about 45 to an hour). The music is too loud for conversation & I often felt like I was yelling at the person across the table from me. Don't go here hungry!
Was very horribl... customer service wow smh 30 minutes to get a waiter and we make reservation Everyone walked by looking I'm the one who called a waiter from another table.. we order 4 drinks 1 was wrong ok that's fine it happens  Order our main course all 4 was cold//room temperature The Bammy was swimming in oil. the fish was cold. Oxtail room temp. very disappointed for a Jamaican restaurant the price even make it worse... there is way better Jamaican restaurant in the area  plus I drive from New Jersey to check this spot out with my family  save your money on time. Don't go here. 
This place is a vibe! DJ - loved it he was there on Saturday around 8:30pm Gorgeous aesthetics for the ladies Drinks STRONG run punch will hit your chest lol Mango martini perfection Food seasoned and delicious!! Especially the snapper Love seating and the overall renovations
Went for a birthday celebration and the food was amazing, however the service was very poor which ruined the experience. The waiter was not attentive nor polite. The place was not busy, so occasionally checking on the table shouldn't have been an issue. Food portions are good and roti/oxtails are great. Drinks were good. Lack of ambience and service ruined the experience.

Overall the food was tasty. The service was very slow with no explanation. The ambiance was beautiful and the music was loud but good. I wouldn't count Cove out but I hope the next time I visit the service is faster.

This place looks so good from the outside that it is missing something once you're in. I wanted this place to be a great experience. The menu was limited. The drinks were good. Our servers seemed overwhelmed. But we will give the establishment one more go because they had a large party also in the side room they had us.

The food was excellent and I always love the decor of the restaurant. My mother is a very picky eater but she never had a single complaint when she comes here. The drinks are tasty because Nickisha is one of the best bartenders I know. The server wasn't as enthusiastic as I'm used too, but all in all my mother enjoyed her birthday. This is a Great restaurant.
The food wasn't so great plus the server was unprofessional so bad they need training how to attend to customers .they serve my drink in a broken glass like come on please look before you start serve your drinks it could of have a piece of broken glass in it but otherwise I like the environment
This place was a 5 out of 5. Food delicious, drinks slapped, music poppin. The waiters are patient and do everything they need to do to ensure customer satisfaction. They were a good time. Will definitely go back.

Great Happy Hour - jerk shrimp, jerk chicken appetizers were huge hits. As was Main course brown stew Red Snapper. Terrific waitstaff made this birthday celebration REAL NICE - our part of 7 did not mind the party atmosphere of the front dining room.

Amazing dining experience. The food, drinks, vibes, and ambiance. Drinks are strong and price low compared to other similar spots Upscale carribean dining. The Cove Shrimp is a must. Your tastebuds will thank you. Large portion size, definitely get your money's worth. Although on a smaller scale the design is such you don't feel cramped and there is ample space between you and other customers. Enjoyed everything ordered will definitely return to sample other items.
