Whole fish is not an option you see everyday in a food court in America. Fish in a Pickled Veggie Broth has slices of fish in a delicately sour broth with veggies. The filets were sliced thin and were not boneless which took away a little from experience as picking out small bones is how I like to eat fish. If the filets were deboned, I'd certainly rate this dish higher. It was also priced a little higher than I wanted to spend for a lunch entree but the portion size was enormous for a small portion as this dish came in two deep bowl takeout containers. The service was quick and helpful. I'd definitely want to come back and try the grilled fish sometime.

This review is only for the one dish I ordered, the fish fillet in pickled vegetable soup. The fish they used was extremely fishy, so fishy that the sour pickle taste could not mask it. While the portion you get is pretty large (though mostly because of the cabbage and noodle), it doesn't matter since the dish isn't good. This is not the way it is suppose to be done, normally yes you may taste some "fishy" flavor but that's the "fishy" flavor of freshness. They have other style of fish preparations but if they're using the same fish or they aren't doing anything to cancel the fish's fishy taste, I don't see it being any better.
