The most horrific service, nasty food, waiting for my small order for ever. They stole my money . They need training to assist with the others . Please please don't come to this horrible place with horrible management. They returned me a half $10 and tricked me to put on 3$. I didn't get the food and I've been charged.Please please pay attention to this place with the cashier who's taking the money and trying to act like an American when she can even speak English well . The cashier touched the other customers food not using gloves after scrubbing her hair , nose and the rest desk.

nothing to do with the KFC in chile, my first time in the USA and the KFC here is incredibly better, first of all they have the original recipe (in chile there is only the crispy one) they include a bread in the combos that is very good, The puree with alsa gravy does not exist in Chile, there are drinks with refills, everything was very good, and they also served us very well, I stayed in a nearby hotel and stopped by to eat, Chinatown but we were just served by Latinos, the cashiers at the restaurant were very friendly. local, I leave the USA with a great impression of everything

I just bought 4 pcs chicken and for the side i asked french fries but they gave me biscuit. I just knew when i was going to eat the fries in the train. Not only that, the cashier didn’t give me the receipt. I have to ask the receipt and turns out the receipt written for employee.Well, i guess the owner should aware about this.

The food was hot and fresh. The staff was accommodating . The place was clean including the bathroom. The seating area is small but this is due to the size of the restaurant and no fault of the proprietor. This affects the atmosphere since the seating is a first come, first sit affair. So, if you are lucky to get a seat please eat quickly and keep it moving. Not a place to relax.
Awful food quality and you can’t even tell it’s from KFC. Not only are the chicken way over cooked, dark brown and dry, the breading and spices are way off from the original recipe. I usually order from the northern blvd location which has been more consistent but further out. This time I tried to be lazy and ordered from this location. Lessons learned and never again here seriously

There’s abunch of homeless people that have gotten leftover foods from the trash can and just straight up eat it and use a used cup to fill up a drink. Once one of them tapped my shoulder and kept saying “are you chinese are you chinese are you chinese” and i said nothing so he kept bothering me until i told the staff and they did nothing about it

Not bad. The staff is always very courteous.
