I decided to give this restaurant an opportunity when I saw them on Too Good To Go. The worst idea I've had!! I don't think this restaurant understands the purpose or concept of this program. I walked in at 11:22 and showed them my phone and told them I am here to pick up a surprise bag, I was told they were closed. I had to emphasize 2 more times that I placed my order through the app I am just here to pick it up. The lady picked up 2 to go plates and went to the fridge and took some food out and put them on the to go plate. I was not paying attention to what was being done as I was waiting for my food. When I got to the car, I opened my bag to see what surprise I got. That plate was only worth $3. It was 2 spoon of rice and 1 piece of chicken. I felt insulted, as if I walked in the store and said I only have $4 can you please help me and give me what you can for that amount. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I tried the chicken and it was a 4/10. Not that great.

I've ordered food there several times; fish, conch, and fried pork (griyo). Every single one of the dishes mentioned I found to be substandard, and their rice is always tough.Although I found the servers up front to be courteous, the people in the back room act like they're doing the customer a favor; they made me wait about 20 minutes just to tell me that they fried plantains that I had been waiting for wouldn't be ready anytime soon.Needless to say that I have left those folks to themselves, and thus won't ever return to their restaurant to buy anything.Bòs, papa, mwen genyen okenn rezon pou m ekri yon kritik ke yon restoran an pa merite.

Cooking to me is everything specially when it comes to culture our cuisine our food says it all and as culinary chef I look for the taste before anything else and let me say this out loud ? you guys need to step up y'all game because what I tasted today was everything but good the LALO was not good well I don't know what was it ... The sauces too watery not savory at all blend and everything has a sour note in the back .... This is not bashing but constructive criticism . If you going to cook authentic Haitian food please do it well . Over all MONEY WAISTED

The food is sometimes great and other time it is good. The large portion is worth the price on some items but you can sometimes be disappointed on the flavor. Also if you order on Uber you can get great deals and save on pickups.

The food is actually good. But they should clean it up in there. The Facebook page a has a bunch of random pictures and videos of other businesses and I would say that is because they do not take care to make this place look nice. Why not? You’d get more business and trust from your patrons that the food is cleanly prepared back there. The griot i had wasn’t cooked and fries enough. Griot should be dark and fried and white and taste like raw meat. I didn’t like that but the black rice was A1(very good). The ladies could smile and be nicer but that’s not all of them. Some of them are really nice. It’s also too dark in there. For the love of God turn on some lights and Konpa music.

I hate to give a three but the meatballs i ordered was raw and undercooked which is very disappointing because this restaurant was well recommended.
I enjoyed the food I bought today. All I ask is that you decrease the salt intake on the LaLO, reduce the music noise while customer are trying to verbalize their food order. Overall the food was outstanding ???

Very Heavy grease smell.left smelling like the dirty grease. Food ok. Customer Service was terrible. Young lady actually took food off tray to put rice on an when asked to replace what was taken off said it to late you didn't say anything. Heard Great things however experienced none.
