My fiancées order was forgotten and when we told the server it was added in without notifying us but we saw it being typed in. I had to ask for a complimentary desert since none was offered. The rest of my family had already finished before the forgotten order finally arrived.....I used to enjoy coming here but that has tainted the experience.
