The customer service was amazing. I purchased patties. It was delicious. The man that served me was so kind. I would definitely come here again. To find parking was difficult in the area.

I'm fully convinced that Le Bon Pain has the best Haitian bread and patties in NY hands down. I can easily devour an entire soft but chewy long bread. The fish patties are my go to but I decided to try the oxtail patty as well. It was fire! So delicious. My only request is to please put more meat in the patties!!! Service was prompt and everything was fresh late morning. I highly recommend visiting.

I remember patties from this place being so good growing up. I grew up a few blocks away. I was in the area and decided to pick up a dozen for my road trip upstate with my mom and kids. These were by far the worst patties I have ever had. So thick, hard, and dry. My kids who are obsessed with patties didn’t even them either. Just threw the whole box away. Slow down on the dough! Employees rude too!

Food is pretty good but the older lady who I assume is an owner due to her just watching over the workers like a jail warden, is rude. She charged me incorrect multiple times and gets defensive when you try to fix it.I know people joke about Caribbean restaurant customer service but that lady does too much. I do not want to support this business with her behind the counter doing nothing.

Big bodied Haitian lady always rude and just sitting around doing nothing but judging and rolling her eyes. The food is alright and every other worker there is pretty nice. But the customer service from that lady, who seems to always be there, is disgusting. Usually Caribbean places with rude workers have good food, but the food ain’t that good to deal with her attitude. Do not recommend supporting this business. It is 2024 and we are all adults, rude workers should not be normalized or be a thing anymore.Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring your kids here, unless you want them to get bullied.

The patties are great, but whatever you do DONT GET THE PIKLIZ. They have a vinegar taste instead of spicy. I called to complain to the lady and she said there is nothing she can do for me. By far the worst batch I’ve ever tasted, get the patties though. They are great.

Le Bon Pain is a staple in Queens Village, it's the best Haitian Bakery & they have the best Haitian patties. I've been going for years & they always busy & popping especially during the weekends. They sell 2 different types of soups during the weekend. They also have cakes & other bakery goods. They are always so pleasant so I would definitely recommend. Next time I go i will add a pic of my patties.

The best Haitian patties in New York, if you're looking for bomb patties look no further. They also have other freshly baked options like cakes and bread.

If you raise prices product should be the same. Been coming here for 20 years .. probably only 2 bites of meat in the patty and that's about it. It's a shame bc they were really perfect how they used to be at any price. Consider fixing the

First time stopping in. Seen this place go viral on Facebook. I went in the morning so service was quick. Polite people behind register. I ordered a dozen mixed and one herring Pattie for my family to try as well. Total was $23.25. Pattie just didn't wow me personally. Taste like a typical Haitian Pattie.

Whenever I come to NYC I always make sure to stop by. I've been going since I was a kid and I've never been disappointed in their breads, cakes, desserts, or patties (try the herring). The staff are always polite and accommodating. Highly recommended!

They didn't have any patties left but what did I expect it was late and patties go fast. As soon as you enter the door it smells wonderful and all the cakes were beautiful. They were so happy to help but sad to inform me that the patties were finished for the night wahhhhh. I'll give a better review next visit.
