Came here yesterday. We were a party of three. The food was excellent. The reason I gave it three stars is for the service. Our waitress took our order and we never saw her again until we were finished with our meal and she wanted to know if we wanted dessert, which we didn’t. I wanted a refill for my Coke and I had to flag down another server. When you eat out it’s a dining experience. That experience is not only for the food but also for the service. You want your waiter to be attentive and stop by every so often to ask you if you want anything else and ask you how the meal is. You want to be made to feel special. A waiter’s job is not to just take the order and disappear. We gave a generous cash tip, and the waitress didn’t even say a thank you. A tip should be deserving and not expected.

The Pappardelle Short Rib Ragu is simply delightful! The braised beef short rib melts in your mouth, perfectly complemented by the rich flavors of the whipped ricotta, which adds a creamy texture that ties the dish together beautifully. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to enjoy this delicious dish again!

This is my 5th time going to Luigis and I have never had this kind of experience. There food is always on point and there staff impeccable. I just came from there tonight for my mother's birthday dinner and I was embarrassed. There were 2 waiters and they each took random orders from our table. The young lady was on point with our drinks and service while the gentleman was uncaring and it showed. My wife asked for a ginger ale and he said sure one minute and 24+minutes later she had to ask him again for a basic drink. Our food came out luke warm at best and my oldest son's pizza was cold. I ordered 2 shrimp and lobster risotto and my mother ordered a pasta dish. Our risotto had bits from other dishes in it as well as my mother's. Our bill was $227 plus a mandatory $48 gratitude for the service. Honestly I expected better and feel the women and bus boys deserve the money for there jobs. I understand it's a busy Saturday but come on guys , I have had way better at your establishment previously. Tonight was a bust and hope this never happens again. I was the party of 6 at the window with 2 small children and my mother had the cosmos.
Amazing dining experience for my dad’s birthday with the family. We had the best service, which is hard to come by these days. The busboy team was amazing as well. The food was awesome! We usually have to ask to not put so much salt in the dishes bc for some reason restaurants think salty food is what everyone likes (that’s a hard no btw). BUT we forgot to ask this time and the food came out perfect!!!! Not salty at all in every dish we ordered. We have never dined at the same place twice bc good food plus good service is hard to find but Luigi’s has got some new long time diners now! See you again soon!

Celebrated my aunt's 91st Birthday!! Food was fresh and delicious!! Our waitress Sulma checked in with us frequently and they sang Happy Birthday to my aunt which she loved!!! Have been dining here for quite some time and they always give us a reason to return!! Thank you Luigi's!!!
