First time here - after being asked 2-3 times, I finally decided to make the trip, not a huge fan of seafood but I’m glad I did. Hands down, the best flavor ever. I ate more seafood today than in the past 3 years. Clams and oysters were super fresh and delicious… the lobster combo (must try “FRY”) is goddamm addicting… their seafood pancake was also hands down … one of the best pancakes out there however i do wish for it to be a little bit more crisper … but no dipping sauce needed. Packed with seafood and flavorful.Atmosphere- spacious, definitely comfortable without feeling claustrophobicService- the server was super nice and friendly.Will come again. For sure!

I went with my friends with high expectations after reading all the reviews. Upon entering, the place looked more like a dive despite being newly opened. However, I did not mind because I was there for the food. The oyster, which was recommended by the server, was terrific, so we eagerly waited for the rest. The food from the sushi bar was ok. Then, another 20 min after came the lobster fried rice. It was good. But the snow crab was not served. After everyone else had eaten and finally being able to flag down a server, they realized they had forgotten the order. When the crab was finally served, it was overcooked and rubbery. What's worse, the man, who I think was the owner, was barely apologetic. The other owner, maybe his wife, tried to offer us complimentary drinks, but the experience was already ruined. What's worse, they were not even busy! The food was okay but because of the horrible experience, it made the food feel less appealing. I hate writing bad reviews, but my friends and I, expecting a pleasant evening, were disappointed and left with a bad taste in our mouths.

I have not even tasted the food yet. But I ordered my food online and went to pick it up, and they did not get the order. I am on a business trip so I was not in any rush. They seated me at a table while I waited and began to bring samples out to me as a sign of customer service mistake. I was blown away by this. Awesome customer service.

The best seafood ever! Lobsters, oysters, crabs are soooooo fresh. I highly recommend to steam to taste the sweetness. The service is superb super friendly!! They also have sushi. I ? recommend!
Friend took me here and i had snow crab and two beers for $30and sushi deluxe.Typical frozen seafood. They served pretty decent amount of crab. Sushi is bit smaller sizes.

My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a good seafood spot, and came across Maine Ocean. This the coziest hole in the wall seafood boil spot! The warmth you feel right as you walk in from the cozy decor to the employees who also (I assume) are the owners. Now for the food: sushi AND seafood boil how much more awesome can this get?? We started off with the salmon lover set-- mind you this is THE freshest salmon that we've tried around the queens area so far 10/10. Next we ordered the Combo Queen but didn't know how we wanted it cooked so we got half steamed half fried (which they usually don't do but was soo nice to accommodate for us). The food was great, and the service was amazing, so glad we found this spot!

This is a newly opened seafood spot that is hidden next to the broadway lirr. Let me tell you, the food is amazingly fresh and tasty and the service was exceptional. We tried the queen combo, half fry/half boiled and they both were really delicious. Also, got to try their salmon combo and their fish was extremely fresh too! Definitely drop by if you like amazing seafood and great service. Stuffed!!

We ate the Steam King Set, Fry Queen Set, Fried Rice, and Pasuta Ramen for 6 adults and 2 children, and it was a very generous meal. I was especially surprised to see half a lobster lying on the fried rice and ramen... ^^* The fry seasoning was so delicious.

Used to only go to City Island whenever I had a seafood craving but surprised when I stumbled upon this seafood gem. Hands down the freshest seafood I ever had...FRESHEST!! Snow crab, shrimp, Dungeness crab, lobster...you name it. They also have a delicious boil marinade. It has the traditional garlic buttery taste with a hint of Korean-influenced flavors...mindblowingly delicious. Highly recommend this place for medium to big sized groups so you can gorge on the best seafood in New York!
