When served hot, it has been the best tasting pizza for a long time! The pizza has to be eaten on the premises; conversely, when ordered as a takeout it loses its flavor. Bummers are the cash-only requirement and the lack of nearby parking spaces.

A little hidden gem of a pizzeria located in Jamaica, Queens. This is undoubtedly one of my favorite pizza spots. The slice is definitely not super thin and the sauce has a slight sweetness and tanginess. The slices are always fresh right out of the oven with such a high turnover rate. Generally the slices are so hot I have to wait for them to cool down before I can feast. The negative thing about this place is parking. Parking is super hard to come by around this location.

The best pizza in New York Period! My Dad and uncles went while they were young and still consider this the best, and they've eaten pizza all over the city! The sauce is special, and so is the crust. Tiny little pizza shop. Slices are $3.50 now. Before Covid, I would eat standing up right in the shop, now I take it to go. They serve it to you hot out of the oven! Yum Yum, do yourself a favor and go get a slice or 4!!

The only other pizza shop I frequent make long trips just to get a slice. Been enjoying it over 35+ years. Only thing change was the price lol.

Do you say New York style pizza if you're in New York eating pizza? I'm not sure but this is some goooood pizza! If you're a pizza snob like me then this place belongs in your bookmarks. Fresh, greasy, cheesy, goodness in every bite. They close early, dine in available.

Easily the best pizza until you get to Brooklyn. NO Italians, No real pizzeria menu ... but great slices {{when}} you catch a fresh pie.

The best Pizza on Jamaica Avenue ever. I enjoy it everyday after high school. Meet up with friends and have memorable times

The pizza here is phenomenal. As a native New Yorker, Margherita Pizza nails it with a sauce that's slightly sweet, perfect crust, olive oil and a thick coating of cheese.

The best pizza hands down! I love cheese and sauce and this place doesn't skimp on either. The flavor can't be beat. It's a staple on "The Ave" and I've been going there since I was a kid with my mom shopping on the avenue. The prices have gone up over the years....but now a days what hasn't? Throw some garlic, oregano and red chili flakes on there and BOOM! That's just how I get busy with my slices, but plain is indeed a vibe too! Also try their beef patty with mozzarella and pepperoni...you're welcome!

The price for a slice have gone up to amounts I can't justify but the pizza is still delicious. If you're new to NY, it's worth the buy just to say you've tried it.

Best pizza place in Queens, NYC. I have to stop and get a slice every time I walk pass

My co-worker's bought a pie the other day and we ate it at the office, it was so good! So I decided to get one myself on my day off.. definitely taste different, so I guess it is hit or miss! And the prices? $27 now for a regular cheese pie. Definitely not the first time I tasted it, but still good pizza. And oh, on Jamaica Ave, so no parking! But this review is about the pizza, and I and my girlfriend are quite disappointed. The bottom of the pizza seems undercooked and the top layer was over cooked. How that can be I have no idea. All in all, it wasn't very good. I probably won't be back for another slice. Back to New Park Pizza and maybe even Amore's next time.

The pizza here used to be absolutely delicious. Finally stopped by here for a slice on Sunday. The pizza has definitely lost its taste and is extremely small, and for $3.75. I understand inflation but this is only pizza for crying out loud. I think if you would want to compare how it used to be, stop by Mama's Pizza in Copiague where pies are only $20 and the pizza is fantastic. You can't go wrong. Margherita was always a hit or miss but now it is for sure a miss. This place used to be jammed packed, but I guess greed and mediocre pizza made them lose business.
