I have been a regular at this KBBQ place for years because of the great food and pricing they offer but my most recent visit was very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I brought my family out for dinner to this place for their first time to celebrate my little brother’s birthday because he loves eating KBBQ and the visit was quite disappointing towards the end.To my knowledge, an AYCE place should keep serving you and allowing you to order as long as you finish the food, is still within the seated time, and they haven’t closed yet. Me and my family were seated at 7:11pm and at 8:44pm when we wanted to order one more plate of beef brisket for my little brother, we were told by our server (who had to ask another person, they discussed something in Korean so I do not know what they said) that we can not order anymore. Their maximim dine-in time is 2 hours by the way and they were definitely not near closing time yet. We finished all our food as well and did not waste anything.No explanations, nothing, just a straight up “No more” and walked away when we started to ask them why. Before this, they also brought us our check when we didn’t ask for it yet, as if telling us it’s time to go when we still had well over 30 minutes left. I’m not sure who gave those orders but I wasn’t about to start an argument with the servers who was just doing their job so I still gave a good tip. But I definitely won’t be coming back again and I will not be recommending this place to my friends and family anymore. This visit has truly been disappointing for us when it was supposed to be a happy celebration.Edit; Since Google does not allow you to reply to a owner’s responses to a review I will edit and reply here. We were a number of 5 and we had a reservation for 7pm on Saturday night under the same name. We were seated down and placed our order at 7:11pm because that is the time printed on of my receipt. I went here with a group of friends as a AYCE spot for $40 per person, not bad! We had a couple of drinks and ordered our choice of meats from the variety of options. Our server was attentive but it is weird that they don’t introduce themselves just come and go. When we got our checks one of the employees came up to us didn’t even introduce themselves and asked us “Do you think she deserves the tip you left or more based on her service?” My partner, friend and I looked stunned and confused because we did leave tip. The employee also brought up the issue of tipping and explained that it has been a problem in their restaurant. If you’re going to question your customers on tipping, it’s quite rude. Just add a required gratuity for a party of 3 or more.

Came here with my family for the first time, and we were not disappointed. My family and I were very skeptical of this place because of the mixed reviews but this place is definitely worth a shot.Let me start off with the service. The service was probably one of the best service I’ve ever received dining in a restaurant. They’re quick to take your order, food comes out relatively fast, and they are very kind. Constantly asking if we need refills on the side dishes, sauces and beverages was a very good gesture.The meat was all very flavorful and tasty.I can see why some of the meat can come off as bland or “flavorless” but that’s why the sauces come into play.I’ve never tried anything like soy mayo in my life and that sauce was a really big boost in flavor.All the side dishes were also very flavorful as well and my whole family loved it.The atmosphere was also very welcoming with a diverse set of music playing in the background. Ranging from Korean pop all the way to American hip-hop.Definitely will come back and also is worth a try!

Food was terrible made us tip 20% or more because of party sizeEdit: Sorry 20%… tips are not earned they are a guarantee with most customers and servers know that and get comfortable doing the bare minimum, as for our experience, asking for a certain number with no gratuity tacked onto the bill AFTER we paid and walking out of the restaurant is very bad business the waiter only seemed interested in us when it was time to look at the bill which he calculated down to the %, and asked for ANOTHER 3% on top of what was paid that hadn’t been earned at all. The waiter we had seemed completely uninterested and did the absolute bare minimum, we had to basically drag him back to our table to order more food.And revoking someone’s “Asian card”? Seriously? He didn’t even mention anything about being Asian LMAO

It was an amazing place that I had never seen before. I went there yesterday for my birthday and all of my friends had an amazing time with the food and the services. The servers were very kind and hilarious and the manager was very nice. They had a photo zone outdoors that was really on point. One day I'm GOING TO BRING MY MOM TO THIS PLACE SHE WILL LOVEE IT.

My first Korean BBQ experience and Meat Me set the bar high with amazing customer service and Spectacular food. None of us knew what we were in for! It's definitely a place to enjoy with a group because you can order multiple items and it's more than enough to share. For the meal We ordered brisket and the hanger steak Both delicious! We each had dipping sauces (Soy mayo) I also highly recommend cheese steam egg it's definitely enough to share for around 2 people. We tried the cold noodles with vegetables, the fried dumpling, and the Spicy tofu stew ! All very yummy, but the standout was the boneless chicken with the sauce! Overall great experience with my family and I definitely will come back~~
