I've been going and ordering from this location for appx a year now. I'm a nurse that works in the area. Their desserts, pastries & drinks are always fresh and tasty. Since September I have moved further away from this location but ultimately decided to still order from here eventhough it's farther because all employees are pleasant; however Ms. Nadia has became my fave due to going above and beyond always when I had very few issues with orders. Because I order appx 5 days a week she's familiar with my order particulars and ensuring everything is immaculate knowing I'm a detailed person. It may seem simple but it's grand to me when she makes or ensures my Chai latte with oatmilk is exceptional not to mention its delicious. Im a big foodie and chef myself so this is important to me. She's always courteous, professional and willing to help if anything else is needed. I have to say she's exemplary because I'm .5 miles away from the Jackson Ave location but they have treated me less than kind, unprofessional with a particular incident, and their drinks are inconsistent, to say the least. So though it takes longer, I would rather go where the professionalism and kindness is excellent on 30th Ave.

This bakery is a pastry paradise! They have everything from flaky croissants to decadent cakes, making it hard to choose just one (or two, or three...). While the prices might make your wallet wince a bit, the quality is definitely there. We snagged a seat (seating can be a challenge!) and dove into their rainbow cake and strawberry tart – both were delicious! The service was friendly and quick. The only downside? I wish they had more space to sit and savor their treats, and maybe even another location or two scattered around NYC.

Say goodbye to birthday cake stress! Paris baguette is your new party hero. Their amazing customer service turns any cake vision into reality. I just sent them a picture for my son's birthday cake, and they made it look incredible! Plus, it tasted heavenly. Thanks, Paris baguette, for making my son's birthday extra special!

Craving a sweet treat? This bakery hits the spot with friendly staff and a sparkling clean interior. They offer a delicious selection of fresh pastries at prices that won't break the bank, just like your favorite chain stores. Plus, the convenient location means you can grab a yummy pastry on the go!

We absolutely love your place! My wife and I always try to visit whenever we're in Astoria, and I even brought some friends here once. Everyone is a huge fan! It's amazing to see my friends get so excited about the pastries, cakes, and coffee, and then enjoy them all the way home. We came in this evening, and Priyanka's service was phenomenal. Our coffees weren't quite hot enough, and the staff insisted on making a fresh pot without us even saying a word! Everyone seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a perfect experience. Tenzin especially deserves a big thank you!

No problems against Paris Baguette per se, but one issue. Most of the time we buy multiple baguettes at once, and a lot of times, at least one of them is harder than the others: probably not fresh and is from the day before. I have no problems buying baguette from the day before, but I don’t want to pay full price for it AND i would like full transparency about the freshness of the product. Paying $3.60 for bread that isn’t fresh?? No thank youHope you’ll take this into account

5 stars! This Paris Baguette on Astoria's 30th Ave is a true gem ? Not only are their baked goods and coffee delicious (the Smoke Sausage Bread and Caffe Latte are personal favorites!) but the staff truly sets them apart ❤️ Nadya and Samu consistently go above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service! It's always a pleasure visiting and knowing I'll be greeted with a smile and genuine care ? It's the perfect neighborhood bakery cafe - welcoming, delicious, and staffed by amazing people. So happy to have them close by!

I ordered a pastry on 2/6 at 6:45pm that was warmed but turned out to be burnt and my drink was sweeten for no reason. I just threw it away and left. This store needs more staff to handle the rush and I won't be coming back to this spot.

Went for a simple black coffee and late and I think the employees wanted to close because we ordered three times and the drinks still tasted just as hot water. Very

This is hard for me to say, but Unfortunately, my experience at this spot was just not good. I've tried about a dozen Paris baguettes in NYC, and I felt a stark difference here. First, the cakes here are just not fresh. The environment also just doesn't seem clean or tidy. I think this location needs to improve on some key things.

Be aware of the poor bread quality at this location. While I personally love everything from Paris Baguette, my experience here has been super disappointing. Despite it being in my neighborhood, I've decided never to go back to this location. The 'curry croquette' was excessively oily; it felt like I was drinking oil with every bite. The 'red bean donut' wasn't even fully cooked, and I could see the white flour inside. Additionally, their 'baguette' was as hard as a rock, indicating that it had likely been sitting there for a long time. It seemed like everything I ordered was made a couple of days before. I wonder if they were trying to sell off everything before closing for the holidays. Well, they should sell something that is edible at least. Moreover, if you're out of something, you should let the customer know and either replace the item or provide a refund. It's common business courtesy, not just to replace it with anything that is not selling. Paris Baguette, please ensure the quality of your products at all your locations!

Great place to get some very delicious custom birthday cakes and some pastries too, the coffee is great too but the service for getting coffee is a bit difficult. If they make a mistake with your coffee and if you tell them about it, the employees who make the coffee will get very hostile and tell the customers that they're the ones who are wrong. Other than a weird attitude when making coffee with a "its the customers fault I made a small mistake" mindset, they make wonderful and beautiful birthday cakes for me and my family, just be careful when ordering coffee.
