Food is good. But not good enough to spend $60+ dollars for attitude and disrespect. The woman processing the online orders constantly has a unpleasant disposition, such a turn off. There's too much competition to will go elsewhere.

Their food is so good ! I swear I order it every other day. I guess they’re tired of me cause now I can’t have it delivered to my house anymore. It says to far out of nowhere. I’m so

Customer service there was horrible. Talk about a lasting impression. There's a light skinned tallish lady serving the food...boi oo boi ..no Customer service with a smile at all. Some people need to stay home or wirk behind the scenes. I swear it's disheartening to see our people destroying our culture, it's really sad. It seemed as such a struggle for her to respond. It was my first time visiting that establishment and I wouldn't be going back.Owners you need to send secret shoppers to experience what your clients experience that's the only way you can enhance and raise the bar....I settled for jerk chicken as the cook was doing a really nice job ensuring it was freshly cooked. It was actually pretty good though. All the best!

Food wasn’t as good as the peppers on Flatbush Avenue but it wasn’t straight trash. Lady that took my order and bagged it up for me had a very bad attitude and bad body language. Not sure how people work at these places that deal with the public and think that’s ok lol

CASH ONLY at Pick Up really annoyed me, I ordered via Uber Prior and of course paid by CC I ordered mango infused jerk chicken it was pretty good via Uber. Today I decided to walk in I tried the pineapple jerk more bone than chicken and also I said no cabbage and got loads of cabbage. The taste was still there but still feels like they under delivered. Customer Service was not warm at all, I asked for recommendations couldn’t even get one. I was ready to be upsold and never got feeling that my business was wanted. It’s more like they doing me a favor. Yes being West Indian is common among Jamaican restaurants but we should not accept this with these rising food prices.

I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas. The jerk chicken was seasoned well and very tender. The rice and cabbage were good too. You gotta get that jerk sauce for the chicken. The sauce will have your ? leaking. It’s hot ?. I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.

I ordered on Uber eats and this food is subpar. I ordered the jerk chicken meal, salmon cocobread sandwich and a curry chicken meal. Portions were okay but everything was bland… like no real flavor. The jerk was just scotch bonnet pepper and clearly not from the grill. The “vegetable rice melody” was bland. The gravy on the rice was bland. The salmon cocobread sandwich was soggy even with the sauce on the side. The curry -unfathomable that was no taste only color with two chunks of hard plantain.

Glad they have a location in queens. The food was good, on par with the Flatbush location. I'd definitely recommend the sweet chili chicken

I ordered some jerk pork there it seems like they boiled the pork instead of jerking if ,waste of money periods

I’m from NY and Caribbean and was visiting from NC. Excited to get some real Caribbean food my husband and I went to Peppa in Queens..the customer service was AWFUL the lady was rude and didn’t greet us just had a sour face the whole time..besides that THAT FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I had the oxtails with Mac and cheese..everything was WELL seasoned and delicious!! Sooo even though the service was lacking it made up for it as I licked my fingers in satisfaction..Hospitality=0 food=1000‼️ I guess you dont go there to pay for hospitality you go to pay for the food.

I literally just left here 15 min ago. The food took a little while to prepare but then I realized that the chef does the shrimp to order so it was fresh and hot and not sitting in a heating tray all day. The pasta is so flavorful and delicious. Definitely can't wait to go back.

Disappointed. Very dry rice and beans, chicken not well seasoned. Will not visit again.

The food is ridiculously overpriced and not all that tasty - I really wished that they made the jerk chicken and jerk pork on a charcoal grill. The service is good, the staff was friendly and pleasant.
