I grew up eating Polish food, but it was never this good. Great selection of sausages and traditional Polish soups and stews. I have been trying to avoid eating too many nitrites, so I had to try their preservative-free kielbasi. It's fabulous! Probably the best sausage I've ever had outside of Poland. Pick up some bigos (hunters stew), flaczki (trip soup), or kapusta (cabbage soup) and you'll have a meal to go. Very reasonable prices.

I just discovered this place around a month ago. I’m very picky about food. I’ll travel many miles to get what I want. This is not far from my house. The stuffed cabbage was delicious. They have a fried piece of fish which she said was bass. Fried absolutely delicious. Made a fish sandwich I think it was the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had. Super sweet people. Great little store I recommend

Visited after a fishing trip. Excellent selection, great prices. Next time I'll get bread and meat here instead of buying deli sandwiches. So good I schlepped a load of food home the entire length of the A train to Inwood!

Wonderful local deli, delicious pierogi, and many types of kielbasa (amongst many other meats) available. There are beers, snacks, bakery items, and lots of other provisions too. Great prices- will be back!

Most polish food markets can feel a bit cramped and generic, but the dark panel wood and ethnic dressed dummies on the top floor add a much appreciated flair. Bonus points: the cashier was pleasant and switched between languages effortlessly.

I'm half Polish and, while it saddens me that there's no good Polish restaurant in Rockaway, this place is a gem for kielbasa & Polish bread & kashanka. The owner's daughter reassured me on the best way to cook the kashanka & it made me happy--no one in my age cohort has ever been able to discuss anything Polish with me for my entire life in Rockaway. Go here. These owners are the real deal. (It also saddens me that no one realizes how amazing Polish food is & that Polish women are amazing cooks.) Go! Go! Go!
