Ordered 18 piece wings special on line. Selected a time that was best for pick up. Excited to have these wings since it was Super Bowl and everyone should have some wings. Turns out to be a bad experience. The order was not ready and took a long time to be ready. We would have been better off if we order it as just walk-ins. Part of the issue was that we mistakenly selected sauce on the side which meant that you just get the wings and the flavor of the wing selection is provided on the side. This is different from the sauces they give you in sealed containers like honey mustard etc. What we got were a base naked wing and the flavor like sweet and spicy is on the side. The wait was almost 30 minutes and our ticket number was next in the queue when we got there. Everyone else with a ticket number after us got served first even though the online message said that the order would be ready.

This would have been the third time I've gone to get food from this location and they were out of whatever I wanted. And what makes it even worse this time is the customer service!After picking up my order I checked to make sure it was correct and sure enough it wasn't. The employee that handed it to me didn't mention that they just served me regular chicken and not the sweet and spicy chicken. It was as if he was expecting me to just walk out and accept whatever was given to me. Sorry, but no, that's not what I ordered.I mentioned it and what they did as a means of dismissing me was give me two cups of the sweet and spicy sauce. As if it was a good alternative from having my wings covered in it. My fiancé at this point asked if we could get a third cup of the sauce so we could at least have enough to coat our chicken ourselves and was told no, it's one cup per batch of chicken.It was at this point that my fiancé decided to pursue having that employee make our order correctly instead of us doing it ourselves. He became combative, and that's when I'm assuming the supervisor, Sharine, told my fiancé that she was looking for her because they just got the sauce which is why it wasn't originally on the chicken. Then Sharine told the employee we've been interacting with that if we want the chicken coated in the sauce the order needs to be taken back by him and fixed.Once he fixed our order he handed it to my fiancé in a passive-aggressive way, pushing it into her hand, and telling her to have a good night with distain.Granted the food tasted great, this will be the last time we order from there. No amount of good food is good enough to deal with horrible customer service or lack of products in stock.

Worst customer service ever from manager, comes out with not even a smile. This place never has Cole slaw, I couldn't even get Mac & cheese as a substitute for same price as the other sides. Don't waste time going there! Not worth it! Boycott this place.
