The food here used to be really good. They'd give you big portions that were worth it for your money, but now, the portions are so tiny it's just not worth buying. The food quality has also gone down a lot. I used to love the fried rice here because it actually had flavor, but now the rice is just the same bland, tasteless fried rice you'd get from a random takeout Chinese restaurant, except you're paying double the price for it. My egg was overcooked while my rice was undercooked. Half of my rice was still white because the sauce hadn't even been mixed in properly. I counted 7 pieces of meat in my bowl! This used to be one of my favorite places to eat and it's so disappointing how much this place has fallen.

Usually get delivery, this time picked up on my way home from work. Worker A initially stared me down while purchasing (it’s self checkout no cash on iPads). I understand being available for help but this made me uncomfortable.Once I ordered Worker A proceeded to assemble my dish and dipped their bare hands into the vegetables, then threw it into my bowl (no gloves, not even using utensils). I stared while Worker B made sure they replaced their gloves whenever switching stations. When I complained about this he pretended not to understand me and got the manager. After talking manager told him to use gloves. The two seemed nonchalant about this all. Careless about hygiene of food. Worker B proceeded to redo my order as I watched.Be careful where you order from. Sometimes they really are putting their foot in it.

It was my first visit to this place, by recommended to me. She remembered it was a delicious and cheap eatery. I ordered the beef over rice for $13.90. I was so surprised, how overpriced and how little food they gave us. I’m a guy, 5’10 and 190 lbs, regular built. It didn’t even satisfy me, two or three servings would’ve satisfied me. I will never go back to that place and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wanted to go to that place. I will tell everyone not to order from that place. Pls heed my words, don’t order from there.

The Beef Dumplings were good, however, I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba Tea, but tell me why, more than half the cup was filled with ice.. the tea was pretty good for the 1 to 2 mouthfuls I got , however, the amount of ice I got was outrageous. I did not pay 4 dollars for a cup of ice? The ice was about 3/4 filled in my cup, while the tea was less than 1/4.

This is a review for pop rice Utica . I ordered the beef short rib, bok Choy and green beans . I ordered delivery , the short rib is more like a thinly sliced beef steak. Do not order from this restaurant. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. It's a shame because I used to get food for that location 2 times a weeks . Don't cheat your customers that has been helping your business succeed.
The black sugar bubble tea was the reason for the rating I finished it in about two minutes tops and it was so good. I got the general tso fried rice it was about an 8/10 I tasted the batter more than the chicken it was a very floury taste BUT the other flavors the sauce the rice and the chicken itself was really nice. Coming back for my bubble tea ???

I was a little skeptical of this place after reading numerous reviews, but I decided to take a chance.I placed an order via UberEats. The food was delivered in a timely manner and had been packed very nicely. The presentation was also nice, especially for a takeout situation.The food was very tasty and the portions were sizable. High fives on the bubble tea (super creamy and delicious) and General Tso's sauce. The red and spicy sauce, not so much. Tasted like regular buffalo wing sauce.Overall, my Popriceexperience was an enjoyable one. Will order again.???

Uber Eats order. Day 1 order was fried squid, theFirecracker Beef Dumplings, Egg Fried Rice, wings and a drink . Unfortunately, they forgot part of our order but I must say the fried squuid was delicious . Day 2: We were able to get all of our items, food was fresh and yes, we had the squid again and just as the day before: Delicious . Uber eats order so we did not go to the location in person. No contact with the staff .

The first time I ordered delivery from Poprice. I ordered the General Tso Chicken Fried Rice and Poper Steak Skewers. The chicken fried rice is tasty with minimal spiciness. Just right for me. The fried rice is not greasy but just a little dry BUT if you mix it with the moist chicken it's fine. The chicken is sprinkled with sesame seeds. The fried rice has broccoli, carrots & egg. The steak skewers were very good. Grilled with the right amount of chewiness. Not hard. Moist & flavorful. The chicken fried rice comes in a nice-sized bowl. The 3 skewers have nice chunks of steak. The general tso chicken fried rice did have the red chopped up in it, but they are easy to pick out. I don't eat them. Passion fruit iced tea is sweet. It comes with ice in the cup. Not too much ice. Enough so as it melts it dilutes the sweetness. I am looking forward to ordering from Poprice again.
