A great option for tea and dessert but not for a full meal. We had the rose milk tea which was nice but not overly rose flavoured and I think the other one was the water garden tea which was fruity and really nice. As appetiser we had the crab meat salad and added smoked salmon and the shrimp with fish and chips. The salad was a good size but the shrimp with fish a chips was overpriced for what it was. Just a mountain of fries with a tiny piece of fish and 2 shrimp. For dessert we had the limited time purple yam soufflé cake with vanilla ice cream which was delicious. It's a shame that this location doesn't offer the afternoon tea as that would be a great option. The interior is clean and nice and the service was good.

Love this place and the atmosphere! Food and drinks are good too. Sometimes it can be hard to catch the attention of a server, but they're always nice.

During my recent visit to Forest Hills, i decided to stop by Prince Tea House for dessert. I had the pleasure of trying the rose lover tea, while my sister had the lavender green milk tea. We also had the ability to customize our drinks, from milk options to sugar levels. The tea we were given were provided in these cute tea pots along with a warmer that kept our tea warm, which I loved! My sister and I got the ube souflee, and although it was decent, it wasn't as great as we'd hope. Nonetheless, Prince Tea House remains a top choice for tea lovers, a cozy ambiance, and amazing service!

I've been to several Prince Tea Houses and assumed they all served "afternoon tea". Well, after hunting for parking and arriving at the Forest Hills location, I now know they all do not. I meant to go to the Brooklyn location, but we were closer to this one. Although my mind and stomach were set on tea service, the desserts never disappoint.

Located near the LIRR station, Station square. Easier to take the train than finding parking in this area. A number of tables fit into not such a large place which has 2 levels. Brightly lit. Didn't notice the decor as much while sitting on the lower level. Service is friendly and fast. Didn't know it closes by 10pm on a Saturday night but at least we had about 45 min to enjoy our coffee/latte and dessert trio ($10, can pick 3 from a list). Cranberry creme brulee (with caramelized cranberry topping) , a couple of fruit tarts, pate a choux which didn't get soggy with the green tea ice cream. There are a lot more pastries on the menu but even with tiny portions in the trio, I liked that we had a variety, were not overly sweet. Also many different teas/drinks - tried a fruity one before, served in a beautiful teapot.
