October 14 2023. They don't close at 930pm as stated they close at 845pm. I called and asked they stated they close at 9pm. Went there at 845pm and they were closing up. I asked if I can buy one ice cream they said we're close. Thanks Ralph's for the Bad business

I would've given them a perfect star. I mean the times I've come here they've all been nice. It just seems like tonight I don't know. Had one girl there she finished serving someone else but then when she saw me she decided to go wash her hands pick up a rag find something else to wipe down even though the fact I was standing there, and I felt the energy shift because of the color but yet when someone else have of the same color came , she decided to stop what she was doing and ask them, How can I help you in mind you each time I come here always leave a tip but it's all good.... thanks to the gentleman that helped me....But over all their stuff is great!!!!

I've been going to Ralph's over the last 4 years since moving back to New York. What's interesting is that I wasn't aware of Ralph's growing up. I found out about them when getting my car serviced in Memphis where I lived for 7 years. I struck up a conversation with the service manager and when I mentioned that I was from New York he said that you must love Ralph's. So long story short (LOL), after I moved back to New York I checked them out. I usually go to the locations in Franklin Square or on Union Turnpike. My favs are the chocolate water ice and the cherry cola ice however all the flavors are delicious.

Gum flavored ice had actual gum inside! Not great for kids. We had to end up tossing and buying a new flavor (seller wouldn't replace).No seating; dirty sidewalk outside; they have the space to do better.

First time customer, went on the recommendation from friends. All i can say is wow! My kids tried the mango ice and birthday cake ice cream. I was adventurous and decided on a root beer ice twister. The soft serve was creamy and complimented the root beer ice well, like a root beer float. Definitely will be back to try the other flavors.
