Super nice staff! From check-in, tsa, store, and restaurant Staff. Plus the airport was clean and not stressful at all.

Since its reconstruction in 2022, LaGuardia Airport has significantly improved. The airport now features numerous small shops and restaurants, providing ample entertainment options while waiting for flights. The layout is well-organized and easy to navigate. However, the walk from the gates to the rideshare pickup area, where services like Uber and Lyft are located, is quite long--though it's an effective way to get some exercise.

It was trash before and it still is. I waited like 15 minutes in the regular security line before finding out there is a TSA pre-check line (unmarked).

I definitely enjoy flying in/out of the newly updated LaGuardia Airport. It's modern, sleek with plenty of space for you to move around at a busy airport. They have great food choices, new expedited TSA Pre check that is so very efficient. Hands down one of the next airports in the US!

I haven't been to LaGuardia in a long time, so I don't know how recent the renovations are. But I like it! It's quite enjoyable and I am digging the art installations. Especially the musical fountain that projects variations of NY icons. It's very entertaining and relaxing to watch. It was an uneventful process this trip with arrival & departure. i prefer LGA over JFK.

No customer service, no one has headphones, the workers are watching tiktok and videos on their phones I stg their is no seating their is 1 restaurant that is horrible. There are also like 8 toddlers doom scrolling yt shorts with no headphones I want to punch them so bad.

1st time traveling into LaGuardia. If deciding between this, JFK or other airports in the NY/NJ area I recommend. Smaller security lines, nice food options, clean & less crowded! You can connect to the MTA station however you have to take a CROWDED Shuttle bus with luggage to the station first! I believe it's Q70 to get to the MTA.

I really like LGA. Ever since it got remodeled it's actually one of my favorite airports to travel through. It's very spacious and clean. All of the updates are really nice and modern. Delta has its own terminal here (C) and I believe most other airlines fly out of the bigger terminal - terminal B. I have not been in terminal A yet. I have not had any issues getting through security in a timely manner. With that being said, precheck is always the move I recommend. I don't love how all the food options and stores are set up in Terminal C. There is a concourse with a few options but then you go down an escalator to get to your gate and at the point there is a Starbucks and not much else. I just wish there was more actually by the gates. Pickup through Uber or Lyft can definitely get hectic depending on what time you are there and what terminal you're in but the airport and the apps try to make it as clear cut as possible. You just have to make sure to follow the signs and directions and keep your eyes peeled for your ride.

Top notch well oiled machine! TSA was thorough yet brief. The control the drop offs and keep thing moving. Big with lots of space to stretch out.

I'll be honest, the old LGA was not that great, but with the recent renovations of this airport, it has become very very nice and welcoming. It's very close to manhattan and has easy access to nearby areas such as CT or Nj if that is your final destination. If you are heading out east, might be easier to fly into JFK!

What's up with this airport having absolutely no air conditioning??? There are SO MANY people cramped into a tiny room like sardines and it is SO HOT in Terminal A. If you're TSA PreCheck, keep going past the super looooong Departures lane to the terminals. There aren't any explicit signs for TSA PreCheck until you're by the security ID checkers.

I've lived in Astoria for the past 12 years, and there were times where I'd make the trek to JFK over the 8 minute Uber ride because of how bad this place used to be. That said, the renovations made over the past few years (though the traffic flow greatly suffered for it) are finally paying off, and I can honestly say I don't dread coming here as much as I used to. The restrooms are new and renovated and don't gross me out, the food options (though still pretty expensive) aren't limited to a soggy premade sandwich the way they used to be and the lounges are actually worth getting whatever credit card you need in order to gain access to them, especially if you fly often. Even the check-in process is less arduous than I remember it being these days. If this is the closest airport to you and you're avoiding it due to past trauma, now is the time to heal.

Not sure why all the sub par reviews on LGA. Maybe it's b/c I came in from ATL, which is "typically" the world's busiest airport. Maybe it's the bag handling/wait at baggage claim? Our flight was 5 mins early despite leaving the gate at ATL 20 min late. Also, taxiing didn't take too long to gate & a short walk to the cab station and I was on my way. Caveat on my review - I carried on luggage; so no comment on the bag handling at this airport. All in all, if you're going to carry on bags; things were pretty smooth this past weekend.

The LaGuardia Airport is extremely nice. This airport has a lot of beautiful decorations with a modern feel. It is less congested than the JFK airport. There are many "I Love New York" signs placed throughout the building, which is a great opportunity to take photos of yourself or with loved ones. I like that there is a huge variety of different restaurants and stores, including high-end designer brand stores. Furthermore, the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The airport staff members are kind and helpful. Lastly, there are a lot of comfortable seats and easy access to charging outlets. Overall, LGA is one of the better airports I have traveled to. Anytime that I need to pay a visit to New York, I will fly here moving forward.
