Nigel, Ozie, and Dana are among my favorite batistas here ... they're frequently friendly with a reflection for detail in their diligence and quality for the food and beverages I buy. Honestly, it's devine, delicious, and a delightful treat (thank you) lol, but wait, there's proof...Nigel made these for me!! tasty, and premiere service, yum!

My experience here is overall alright. The wait is a bit long and a few times I would be waiting for about a good 5-7 mins before someone actually takes my order. I believe over time wait time has actually gotten a little better. The food is overall good and the staff here is pretty much polite. I usually just come on Sundays…

The baristas are a nightmare. I just ordered a grande Nitro in a venti cup. First off the barista wasn’t paying attention and started pouring cold brew, I reminded her politely that I ordered a Nitro so with a fuss she redid the order then filled it to the top so she spilled half of it in the sink instead of just letting me have it. Then when I asked her why, she just rudely said have a nice day!!! Why waste all that coffee!!??? They’re usually nice there but today wasn’t a great experience at all

These workers should not be stressing and being this slow for a location like this over here lol try working in the city, yal got it too easy. Can't imagine how it goes down in the summer. It's annoying and stupid, do better.

I have waited a year to give an honest and fair review. I lived in Rockaway for my entire childhood through high school. My parents still live here so I'm frequently in the area. I was elated when I heard this Starbucks was coming. I was super excited when it opened but the service and the product are consistently inconsistent. The service is slow and the baristas seem annoyed to be serving the public. I can't understand why they are here serving people if they don't want to serve - greeting people appropriately, listening carefully, allowing patrons to explain their needs. The drive thru line is long and slow when you get to the speaker they always ask you to wait. Then they come back and take your order and then after taking your order ask you to wait again (and usually there is no one in front of you) You wait for at least 3-5 more minutes and then are told to drive around. The property is sometimes clean and other times there is trash all about. The inside of the store is the same sometimes clean other times not so much. The drinks are sometimes good other times not and they always seem to be out of the baked goods I want. I hope it gets better.

Awful, awful wait times and always understaffed. The drive thru takes about 10 minutes per car, their attempt at lowering their drive thru times is to have you wait at the speaker until the drinks are made, making the delay even greater, just so their company can look better on paper. You may say the simple solution is to just go inside, but inside takes even longer because they prioritize the drive thru, yet even prioritizing doesn’t help the lines. I got in line (only 2 cars ahead of me) at 4:56, didn’t get to order until 5:15 and didn’t drive away with my order for another 7ish minutes. A complete waste of time.. Starbucks needs to do something about this location.

Be prepared to wait minimum 20 min for your mobile orders. They’re always understaffed. They prioritize the drive thru and even with that, I stood in line for 12 min with three cars in front of me before we all started to back out of the line because it was taking 5 min per car to just order. It’s not the staffs fault but they need to get more help in there because the coffee is made in such a rush 5/10 times it tastes bad. The past three times I’ve waited at least 20 minutes and it makes me not want to continue going there.
