By my house, came here in person and drive-through, at least 15 times? Not ONCE did I enjoy my drink. Customer service is alright, 6/10. They mostly talk a lot to each other and one time they had an all out tantrum and the girl was so loud arguing about a personal party she had to step out and then leave work. Like what is this place? Just can someone train for better drinks? I am paying 6$+ forrrrrr??????

Not only did Antonio mess my order up (a plain ice coffee) but his customer service skills were little to none (no greeting, no apology.. nothing). Its a shame the only drive thru in the area has been so horribleUpdate: Same order and same mistake today with an Asian female in the drive thru.. regular coffee 1/2&1/2, she writes down almond milk, we make the correction to 1/2&1/2 and as I exit the parking lot realize she made it with almond milk... respectfully please fire all your staff and start over

On 2/20/24, I went to the Whitestone location to review some work. The music volume was very loud, I politely requested a female staff member to "lower the volume a little." I was ignored. After a while, I still couldn't focus. I asked the drive-through girl, who came to the order counter, to "lower the volume a little." My request was ignored. For a third try, I again asked for a slight volume reduction, citing I couldn't concentrate. The guy, who claimed he was the "supervisor" said I was the only person who thought the music was loud. I replied I was only asking for a small sound reduction. He did not oblige. The staff were unbelievably in-your-face rude, unprofessional, and immature.

I asked for caramel macchiato one day and it did not have any syrup or caramel flavor. I thought it was a mistake, so I left it alone. Next day I ordered pistachio latte and same thing, no flavor. It sucks because I want to like this place, but it’s really horrible. Service is rude at times, but depends on who you get.

Rudest Starbucks I have ever encountered. I have gone a few times since they opened up this location, and every time, we are met with rude employees. We wanted to give enough chances for this place to prove itself, but every time we visit in store, the employees have an attitude towards us. The place is quite dusty, and there are stains of slipped drinks. It makes me question the cleanliness of the place, and based on other people's reviews, cleanliness is something this location does not give a damn about. Please do yourself a favor and avoid.

When to get a cinnamon latte today, the place was empty.I ordered a grande latte, and changed my mind 10 second after order. Changed to venti size, the staff said it’s ok, paid for the difference. 2 mins later, they made a grande size. I said I’m sorry, I changed to venti. She said “I’m not making your drink again, the other staff can do it”. I was like ok.The other girl made my drink after she rubbed her nose with her fingers. Gross!And I ask does this have cinnamon in it. She said no. And walk away. And I asked for straw, she literally threw the straw at the counter and walked away and totally ignored me.This is not the first time, similar service happened to me before at this branch! Extremely bad attitude. Looks like everyone is tired and wants to go home. Very low energy.I feel regret keeps coming back to this store, it’s just because it’s close to my work.I didn’t just pay $7 for your coffee! Please have your employee trained and treat your customers like human.I don’t think I will go back to this store again. There are many other stores nearby!

11/ 23/23 -When a customer asks for light iced, why would one ignore a customer and fill half of the cup with ice. I'm tired of paying $7 for burnt lattes and ignored service. Do better starbucks. Your staff is not adequately prepared to run a functional business. Oatmilk shaken espresso is not rocket science.

Lady took my daughters order yesterday she ordered a large drink and then when we got the order it was a medium then I told the lady I asked for a large she says to me you order a large this is a medium she took the medium poured into a large added water and gave it to me. Love
