I never rate one star. I expect a lot more out of Starbucks. I pay for that. Rude customer service. First the man and then the woman that served us worse. Terrrible attitudes and no I did not get cream for the coffee. Go to McDonalds next store at least you get what you pay for there. Does Starbucks even read these reviews.

WORST place to go for a drink or snack. Customer service is the WORST. They don't know how to talk or treat customers. Especially the Oriental one. (No respect, no smile and no communication skills). She claims to say she is supervisor but treats customers the worst. Hope something is done with her. What comes around goes around.
Ordered an Americano and specifically asked for extra hot water to fill it to the top but the lady at the counter said that they're not supposed so which is ridiculous.

As soon as I placed the order on the mobile app it was ready in seconds. It was super fast! My Bacon Gouda Sandwich was good and my White Chocolate Mocha was really good too! The staff was very nice.
This is usually my go-to Starbucks even though it's further away, but they're usually the only ones in my vicinity who know how to make basic Starbucks drinks. I'd normally give them 5 stars. The other day i ordered a cappuccino with soy milk, as per usual, but they forgot something in my coffee... the coffee! I got it delivered, so after the first sip tasting wildly off, i opened the lid and there it was in all its glory-soy milk! That's all. This is the second time it's happened in about 6 months, so still averaging better than not. Will still patronize this particular Starbucks... as long as it doesn't happen again. Their new vanilla custard croissant is sweet and doesn't taste bad, but also doesn't have the consistency of custard. It is what it is and still edible and decent, just don't expect an actual custard. The new potato chive thing they got going on right now is pretty good, though it has a "microwave" texture. Iykyk. A great Starbucks when they don't forget the coffee in coffee drinks. And the stickers on the cups really help. I'm a sucker for stickers.

They forgot my orders. When I told them 6 ppl behind me in line already got theirs and left Spanish women in eye glasses told me we are super busy meanwhile she just started to heat up my feta cheese sandwich then later making my coffee. It’s ok if you forget mines but do not lie to customers !
