I ordered an Italian BMT which is supposed to include several Italian meats. They sent a wrap with ham, lettuce, and cheese. Called them and tried to address the issue but they don’t care. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They’ve downgraded for sure.

-2 stars if i could for another anorexic over priced aki hero they tell me 3 diff prices for? ...wish all the bodegas were still in this area they gave ur $$ worth an a good sandwich only hollis hero shop still the best in QV last 35 40 yrs even when they were first called smoke shop known for sanwichs the best!!!

Incompetent staff. The store itself it's great, good variety of things but The workers who are there in the morning are absolute morons, they make you're orders based on how "fast" it is, not based on your arrival time so if you got there before 3 people but they ordered "easier orders" they will be served before you. The guy behind the grill forgets peoples orders, and the guy behind the register saw me standing for over 37 minutes for my order, when I asked for a THIRD time for my food they all had the audacity to tell me "I never ordered"... as if they hadn't already CONFIRMED my order by repeating it to me when I first ordered, and a second time when I complained about other people being served before me. Here's my thing, they could've easily apologized for the mistake and communicate with me rather than blatantly lie to my face, and make me waste my time. the owner of the deli is amazing and should definitely look into hiring a better morning staff since the people working there today 09/13/23 at 11:00 am have absolutely no costumer service.

Delicious, fresh, responsive, fast cook times, capable cooks. Fresh squeezed juices and smoothies are amazing. They allow all kind of mixes you csn think off. Call for pickup and order online available. Pay by phone. All in all highly reccomended.

Tried this place for the first time, not disappointed! Ordered chef salad & quesadilla. The salad was fresh & crisp, quesadilla was excellent!! Prices are quite reasonable. Look forward to trying other items on menu. Great addition to the neighborhood!
Their sandwiches are the best! Deli is clean and never smells like food. They have a variety of stuff you would want from a deli. Coffee station is always kept clean.

The food is always fresh. You cannot beat the prices. The two chefs that work the grill are by no means stingy on the portion sizes. And well I'll be honest I go here probably 4x a week on avg. Check it out.
