Delicious food, generous portions and very friendly, helpful service are their strong suits. Lamb is the front runner here and any way you order it, you are in for a treat! I love the perfectly cooked, tender tripe! The Chicken dish is huge and delicious! Cucumber salad is cool and refreshing. Ask the server to describe any dish you might be interested in...Try everything! The restaurant is immaculately clean and straightforward, with attractive culturally appropriate decoration. Come for the food and the friendly, capable service!

This is my first time eating Xinjiang cuisine, it’s so delicious! ! ! We ordered a large plate of chicken, fried lamb with green onions, grilled buns, and mutton skewers. They are all delicious, especially their meat is very fresh! The restaurant is very clean! I'm very happy that this store opened near my home. ?

If you love lamb PLEASE drop by. It's worth it. The interior is bright and clean, the atmosphere quiet and relaxed. They don't blast music so you can converse easily. My family and I never had Uyghur cuisine before so we had to drop by once we saw it in the area. For a family of four we ordered (and almost struggled to finish)1) Uyghur Polo. The rice is just steeped in lamb fragrance, and the raisins add a natural sweetness that really complements all the delicious savory aspects of lamb.2) 2 Pounds of Lamb Tandor Kebab (recommended to order roughly half a pound per person). They give you gloves and little containers of chili powder so you can dip and eat with your hands. And of course you could use chopsticks but something about eating it by hand adds to the experience.3) Bean Jelly Salad. Sauce is delicious, and its refreshing to eat in conjunction with something heavier like the lamb. If you hate cilantro, it's still delicious, I can't do cilantro and I had no problems picking the pieces off and eating it. I don't have the delicate touch required to keep these in one piece via chopsticks so the gloves from the lamb and the spoon from the polo really came in clutch.

A Xinjiang-style restaurant that provides roast whole lamb every weekend at 2 p.m. and the owner is super friendly.Must-try: Lamp soup 羊肉汤, Uyghur Pilof 抓饭, lamb kebab 羊肉串Recommendation: Roast Whole Lamb 烤全羊, Samsa 烤包子Food: I always wanted try roast whole lamb but it is too expensive to afford a whole lamb. Luckily, this restaurant provides roast whole lamb during weekends and customers can order by parts. We ordered lamb rack. It is great! The owner recommended us to come around 2 next time as the lamb tastes even better when it comes fresh~ They provide sauces but it is not necessary for dipping. Lamp soup is high recommendes as a accompany dish of roast whole lamb. It cuts the grease of the roast whole lamb. Another recommendation is the juicy lamb kebab. My boyfriend like the Samsa. For me it is a bit dry. Our favorite is Uyghur Pilof. I guess they use suet to cook the rice that is why the rice is so delicious.Parking: there is a small parking lot at the back of the restaurant with limited space. We did street parking 2-3 blocks away. Not too hard to find a spot during a busy weekend afternoon.

Went in for a Sunday night dinner with a friend. I was verbally affirmed that the meat was halal. My fav dish out of all was the lamb shish kabab. Nice and juicy and well seasoned! Unfortunately the braised lamb was extremely salty and gravy was hard to consume because of excess salt. Meat was a bit dry as well. Khazan kebab was not that good as I hoped. Was lots of onions a bit raw, a tiny bit of peppers, and some lamb. Samsa felt very old and the bottom of crust of inedibly hard. Special laghman was about 70% plus noodles. Tandor kebab is best served fresh. Night time it gets dry.I wish the restaurant much success and hope thing's get better.
