Fantastic food. We had the stir fry and handmade noodles and they were absolutely delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and savory. One kid particularly liked the seasoning in the stir fry. The other liked the broth in the handmade noodles. The staff was friendly. We ate in and the restaurant is small but cozy and warm. Will come back.

Thought their lamb plov was dry and the rice undercooked. A bit bland as well. The baked lamb bread was also kinda bland but lots of lamb. The hand pulled noodles and lamb was good but again kinda bland and the lamb was really chewy and tough. The noodles were nice and fresh.

The chicken with noodles is so delicious, and the portion is huge! Additionally, the owner is super sweet! The location is not on Main Street, but it’s totally worth the walk to come here! Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! I only had one thing off of the menu, the handmade noodle with Uyghur style fried lamb. After trying this I can only imagine how good the rest of the food is off the menu. The workers are nice too and the inside is very cute. Def try this place out!!!!

Tengri is a small Uyghur restaurant that was first located in Manhattan but has now opened another one in Rego Park. Service here is very friendly and the hand made noodles are delicious! I had the ground meat noodles and it was very filling and so flavorful. We also had a meat bun (samsa) and big plate chicken. The chicken comes with flat noodles. Loved the noodles as they are smooth and slightly chewy, but didn't really like the flavor of the chicken much. The spice level can be adjusted. The samsa was ok. It was a bit dry and the filling could use more flavor. Tea is complimentary. I would definitely get the noodles again!

Been a loyal customer for a straight 4 weeks. Just can't get tired of their food!!! The food is always served hot and has a delicious aroma, arriving quickly after ordering. I find myself compelled to eat at least two plates each visit because of its irresistible taste! Man, what can I say! Loving it!

Small restaurant run by two people the kitchen looks two times the space of the dining area. Go for the meat pies the noodle with what ever meat you choose is kind of meh. Was hoping this spot would be amazing but rlly is just ok.

Yummy hand pulled noodles and spicy lamb. Proprietress is friendly and eager to please, but check your order anyway, occasionally things get lost in translation. Lovely to kids and my littlest nephew just loves the noodles and not-spicy beef. I love the spicy lamb. By its nature, these dishes are unctuous so I sometimes add more vegetables to soak up the oil. On our regular rotation. Yum. Mostly a takeout place with a few tables, no rest room.
