Although I didn't actually eat here, I must say that I instantly noticed the welcoming environment. I was in the neighborhood for an acting gig ( I'll give out autographs the next time I'm in Douglaston) and this place caught my eye. It is so cute, bright, in a perfect spot, and has a lovely outdoor dining area. I'm looking forward to trying some of their breakfast items the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Folks, stop by this adorable place, you'll be glad you did.

Amazing burrito, hand made and deeply flavorful. The salsa verde is Devine. Fresh hand grilled chicken, sumptuous rice on and grilled finished tortilla. Hard to believe that such a small shop can create such great stuff. Highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood.

Just tried a breakfast sandwich there and it was delicious with their homemade green hot sauce! Their iced coffee was also very good (they got oat milk!).Of course I could not leave without taking home some food for later. I ordered some beef empanadas (with both red and green hot sauce) and guac n chips to go and omggg it was so good!!! Definitely going back to try their tacos and I’m so thrilled to have stumbled across a local shop that is on point with their flavors, friendly service, price and convenience.Parking: A block away from the shop is free street parking in the neighborhood behind a school yard.

Just had the most amazing breakfast burrito I’ve ever experienced in NY. They were nice enough to make them for us this one time after their breakfast hours and they exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend! Their green hot sauce was super good, too!

The Plaza Coffee shop is a great local spot for great breakfast and lunch options. The tacos and burritos are consistently fresh and taste great. The coffee and breakfast options are great as well. Support this local option, you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely drop in if you’re nearby. Not your normal deli cafe as there’s an excellent chef making the food. Extremely clean and well stocked. Great breakfast ( customizable) , coffee, and lunch options!
