I placed an order through Uber Eats and when my order arrived the order was incomplete because they did not pack my order properly and when I called the restaurant they did not give me a solution, they told me that what was left of my order was there and Patricia was very rude and When I asked her for a solution she hung up the phone.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE ACCOUNT!The receipt does not specify what drinks they are, they charged us for 16 drinks at $20 each (whiskey, mojito, and cuba libre, all at the same price).We are sure that there were only 12 drinks.A TOTAL THEFT!

What bad food, or rather lousy! We ate with my husband, they served it warm, it seems like they heated it in a microwave, we ordered takeout for the rest of the family, there was not a single dish that they said was good, apart from the fact that we had to wait more than half an hour for the second order. We will definitely not return to this restaurant even by accident.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I decided to go to Tropical Restaurant and order me a large seviche. Not only was i surprised with how much they charged but they were extremely cheap with the portion size and the quality of the seviche was absolutely disappointing. I can't believe i was charged $27 for something that looked like it came out of the toilet. I do not recommend this place to anyone and the quality of their food is questionable and definitely not worth the risk. Good luck to you all and have a blessed Thanksgiving with your loved ones.

Terrible, first, the salt shakers don't pass, I had to look for myself, second, they keep the customers already in an alcoholic state even though they bother the other tables, the toilets are in total abandonment and the DJ doesn't know how to mix, and the cocktail I ordered was a complete scam, it was vodka. with grenadine and not coconut-based as the menu indicated.
