I got roti and curry chicken. The roti was thick and tasted like uncooked flour and the curry chicken was bland . I’m not sure if this was because I got there about n hour and half before closing, but nonetheless the food was very underwhelming. The upside service was good, the server was very pleasant.

I wanted to try something new. I went in for a roti and they said it would be a 10-15 wait. After 20 mins it still wasn’t ready. At that point I was willing to try something else, so I asked for a bake and shark and they didn’t have any or curry shrimp. This was at 12pm in the day. I left extremely frustrated I wasted over 30mins waiting and left with a small soup cause I was so hungry. I won’t waste my time again.

Stopped by for lunch and was happily surprised. I ordered the curry goat roti and the double with everything in it. The server was delightful and helpful. She waited patiently while I made my decision and asked which type of roti I wanted and if I wanted to include sauce or not. The food lasted me for two days and it was finger licking good.

I was truly surprised by the 4.3-star reviews. I doubt the credibility of the 5-star reviewers because my experience was more in line with the 1-3-star ratings. My husband and I ordered doubles and roti, and it was one of our least favorite meals. The food had no flavor, and I couldn't understand why the roti was so big. My husband felt the same way as other reviewers, noting that the food didn't taste as good as it looked in their marketing. Again I was really surprised by this because everything looked so delicious they just missed the mark for me..We had to resort to Uber Eats for more food because we were still hungry.

The food is great, and Mother approved as its halal! I got 5 buss up shot roti and buncha veggies to go for breakfast. 2 different eggplant dishes, one of which is salsa consistency with onion and peppers. Also, curried channa, and aloo with pole beans as well as dhal, and few other mixed veggies. Everything was delicious with the roti. The roti was made fresh, so I had to wait 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and the place is clean and intimate with a few small tables. It's like eating a nice home cooked meal.

Nice lady and clean atmosphere however the curry was not currying. The curry goat and chicken lacked the basic flavor and curry taste. It was not good at all , couldn’t eat it. Next time I’ll try the bake chicken and macaroni pie that everybody raves about .

Ordered from GrubHub. I needed information on a menu item so I called the restaurant. First off customer service from Nikki via phone was 10/10. She understood the assignment lol. Most importantly the roti in whole was AMAZING!! The dhal puri was perfectly made and not dry and tough. The curry goat was not salty like most of the other places I have tried. This will be my spot and next time I will go pick it up myself.

Picked up two medium sized dinner plates to go. They were about $20 per plate. I had chicken Pelau with curry goat over it. Service was friendly and quick. Pretty quiet on a Friday during dinner time.
