I love this spot because they have a kiosk in the front, as well as people taking orders in the back. The drinks come out quick and there are SOO many flavors to choose from. They are all reasonably priced and super tasty! They have unique fruity options and bubble tea options to choose from. The interior is clean and bright, and there are also seats if you want to stay.

Chao Cha is my first choice for drinking milk tea. I must order two cups every time with my boyfriend. The pearls are very tasty and the milk tea tastes great! Recommended for everyone to drink!

This is my second time at this location, and I love that they have a collaboration with Bake Culture! It’s so nice to have the option to get baked goods in the same place as my boba. I love the coconut drinks and the tea here. If you look at some of these one star reviews, they’re mostly nuts. Give this place a try if you’re in the area!
