The boba is good but the lady who usually runs the cashier area is definitely rude. Ordered the wrong drink by mistake, but instead of explaining the correct term for it in a friendly way, she rolled her eyes at me, snapped at me for ordering the wrong thing and gave me a whole attitude. Like damn ? my bad, it was never that serious.The reward system isn’t that good either, you get a stamp card but when you reach your free drink, you only get two options, i believe its tea and some other drink, there’s barely variety there.

My go-to bubble tea shop on Fresh Pond Road, and a great place to get a bite too. Love their selection of drinks. My daughter enjoys the strawberry mint mojito (no alcohol in it) with bursting bubbles, and I enjoy their selection of freshly brewed teas. Everything feels fresh. The sushi burritos are delicious and my friends are a fan of the waffles as well.
The drinks we got for pickup and it really sucked that we couldn't substitute the toppings or add toppings to some things. Crystal boba/ jelly sucks in general. Service was average, not bad but not outstanding. We felt bad for ordering 20 minutes before closing because there are lots of tasks to do. Some people in line just took their sweet time 5 minutes before closing. I liked that there was air conditioning in the cafe and it seemed very spacious. I really liked the mojito because it was light and refreshing. The layers of that drink was just beautiful but the lime might be a bit bitter as you let it sit for longer. We both got 50% sugar and found that it was enough.
