The manager of this establishment is very rude and dismissive. They hold your ID hostage and basically make you hold a tab instead of asking for payment once the drinks is served or even before. If your with other people they hold all of the tab together as one. I do not recommend this establishment. Unless you want to be charged upper class prices for low budget service. I am not from NY and this spot is definitely a bad representation of the city.

Best hookah lounge in astoria! Their service is really amazing! Stuffs are great! If you go there try supari paan. But with the new addition of karaoke they might lose some customers! Please take care of karaoke cause we come here to have some quality time!

It's never been updated but they no longer serve food. Yet, that are still called a restaurant. They only had milkshakes and not every flavor was available. I had the Oreo milkshake and it was fine. They didn't have the bubble tea, that was listed on their menu, either. Other than that, it seemed very popular for hookah. My friends seemed to enjoy it. I enjoyed the music playing and couldn't help but dance lol You are allowed to bring food from outside in so keep that in mind if you wanted to come eat and smoke.

Amazing spot to chill. The owner is super friendly, kind and welcoming. The hookah is amazing and vibe is good. I thought the place would be too crowded, but it wasn’t which I like. It was a decent amount of people there. Good music and i am definitely going back there again. It’s located In Steinway.

The hookahs were horrible they didn’t even know what flavor I was asking for which was orange mint I was so Unhappy ! Plus the hookah was not clean on top of that the customer service is horrible! Would not recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy smh ! And not to mention with Covid going at full effect they still don’t use throw away hoses they reuse them! I asked 3 different staff members to fix the hookah nothing happened and they charge $30 for a hookah! I would give zero star if I could !

Villa is a package deal! You walk in and you get the best hookah, the best music, ambience and above all service. They have exceptional flavors that makes them standout in the crowd. Love this place and it's surely a place you need to try if you haven't already.

I had the Aphrodite Speciality flavor w/ Ice pipe.Pros:- The hookah was strong.- The taste was good.Cons:- The hookah dies out quick and starts feeling ashy. I would say 10-15 mins with me inhaling every min or 2 compared to other places i been to around the area where it can take between 30-45 mins.- I had to call out to the to change or clean the hookah instead of coming in to check how it is or doing it themselves multiple time.I wouldn’t recommend this place especially with so many other hookah spot near by.

The hookah flavors here are unique and don’t compare to other lounges. The owner will even ask you if you want a custom flavor. I recommend trying the paan flavors since those are pretty much exclusive to villa.The customer service here is very good. The people here always ask if anyone wants a coal change and will check to see if the hookah flavor is favorable to you.The vibe here is very chill and makes you feel like you are home. So I recommend coming with family and friends. The music here also suits every ethnicity so you will get a taste of everything.The owner is also very accommodating when comes to bringing food, so you can bring food and eat here.Enjoy your visit!!!!!!

Really great. Went here late and immediately assisted and everyone was friendly and helpful. Even got suggestions for a good flavor hookah. Needless to say, it was amazing. Would definitely come here again.

First time went with my husband. We dont normally smoke hookah so we didnt know we had to get hookah if we are ordering food. So I said ok I guess we have to leave then. I guess they asked owner or some manager and said it was okay with just ordering food. I purchased nutella shake and it was by far the best shake I tasted ever and their food was delicious. My husband loved it as well. Will come back again. Nice relaxing environment as well!
