Wong Nutrition is the best! Every time I go there, I order drinks and food/snacks that are both wonderful for my health and delicious. Everyone there including the owner is very friendly, and the store has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s incredible how everything I’ve tried, including their amazing mango frozen dessert, is sugar-free! This is definitely my favorite spot for drinks, breakfast, snacks, and desserts!

Wong Nutrition smoothies are the best. If you look at their menu they got really great protein shakes and smoothies and meals with the protein count labeled. It makes it easy to order. The owner is so friendly as well. She even gave my dog a whipped cream treat. I got the Mocha protein smoothie and it was so good. I love that their is a protein shop in Flushing!!! You can tell their items are made with care.

Literally an Herbalife mlm scam. Protein Boba Shake was absolutely disgusting, bubbles were crumbly and tasted like cardboard (you can literally buy storebought tapioca and it would taste better), shake itself was powdery and awful. Should've backed out the instant I saw Herbalife products. Ewww...

I ordered a protein shake with boba and everything was wrong with the drink. The boba was too hard and the protein not mixed well. Definitely not returning here.

The oatmeal smoothie with vegan protein powder and without raisins is my recommendation, so delicious! Visiting this small business is always a lovely experience, and the lovely owner keeps their store very clean and comfy :)

Went here with a friend to try it out. There was a kid giving free samples outside and we tried it out. We were curious to see what else they had, so he guided us inside. When we ordered a protein boba shake, there was another kid making our drink. At first it was no problem, it could’ve been a family business, but it seemed as if both of them were clueless as to what to do. The drink tasted awful, there was too much protein powder and it was not mixed in at all, the boba was hard and not chewy at all. They didn’t know how to work the paying machine and for some reason I was required to put in my personal information to pay. My name, email, phone number, and address was required, which made absolutely no sense. I also paid in cash, so it’s not like the paying machine was for tap to pay or credit/debit card. Now I’m being spammed and getting all these emails about gym memberships and this place is definitely the culprit.

I had the pleasure of stumbling across this hidden gem while staying at the Sheraton. I had a latte at my hotel and it was not very good I walked a block over and had one of the best coffee. I let them know that I like my coffee very very strong.This nutrition club exceeded my expectations again I was in search for a good authentic cup of coffee. I had the most delicious ice cream also while I was there. The ice cream was served in a waffle cone and topped with fresh mango. The consistency was silky, luscious and very classic custard. To my surprise the ice cream and coffee was also very healthy.The decor is super cute and the wall mural is of a butterfly so it was great that I was able to also get a photo opportunity for my Instagram.The baristas/workers were very knowledgeable, sweet and did I mention they make such amazing coffee and ice cream. When they first opened last year, I brought a boba and it was buy one, get one free. It was good and they gave me a free pumpkin seeds ice cream. I definitely recommend this place. ?

Food was absolutely delicious! I never knew you could have protein waffles this fluffy and delicious. Ice cream was the perfect amount of sweet and refreshing. My health fruit drink was soooo good 10/10 would come again. Meimei was amazing!
