My wife saw they were not busy and decided to stop in, rather than go to McDonald's. That was a mistake there were to orders before us, we had no idea how long they were waiting, but we waited 30 minutes. During that time a lady I believe she was picking up an order for delivery. She came in and was mad the order was not ready. She was cursing up a storm and complaining wit no regard to any of the customers in the establishment. I know it is hard to find help but for some reason I feel 30 minutes to wait for fast food is a little bit too long.

Really friendly staff and good food at times. But the real question is why aren't you guys open? Says the location for Dix Ave is open till 2. :00 a.m. Friday and Saturday if not true. Should really think about fixing that. Sat there for a few minutes. Nothing on the intercom and was there at 1:39 and two other cars behind me. Can't even run to Wendy's if I wanted to cuz they close at 2

Everything was horrible there never going back again it took me an hour to get my food even though we were the only people in this Taco Bell and people who came in after us got their food first and they claimed they “lost” our order and the cherry on top is there WAS A HAIR IN EVERY SINGLE TACO do not go there waist of time and money.

Ordered as “Grab & Go” through the Taco Bell app at the Dix Ave Taco Bell. Received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. Within 5 minutes I went inside to pick up the food and it was never there. Waited 15 minutes to be attended to. Turns out someone else took my food. The manager stated that I needed to submit a complaint online to get my money back. She also told me I can’t get my food made without paying again. I’ve had an issue where I didn’t receive all my food and submitted a complaint online before in January. I still never got my money back from that issue and it has been 3 months already. Terrible service with terrible policy.

We bought 6 taco supremes for dinner. When we got home they were so thin! All they had was a little meat, cheese. And lettuce!! No tomatoes?!?! And so thin, they appeared to be empty!! What a disapointment!
