Went into the store and bought six bagels and a pound of veggie cream cheese. They handed me the bag, I drove all the way home, and no cream cheese. When I called the guy was like so sorry about that and I asked him to deliver it but they said I was too far away (10 minutes). He said come back and get it and I’ll “hook you up”. He wasn’t even there and the other guy who clearly pointed out my bag to me originally tried to accuse me of forgetting it. And of course, there wasn’t anything to “hook me up”. Not worth the aggravation.

They used to make nice full bagels/sandwiches. Last night I could barely see the egg salad in my bagel. My friend's bagel was the same. They weren't cheap.

The Mary Jane with a breaded chicken substitution is my all time favorite.We usually grab either that sandwich or a pastrami with grilled onion and Swiss and take it on the go during the summer as we're running around enjoying the sun.

Amazing food, disgusting service. Used to buy 30-40$ worth of breakfast everyday, however due to the lack of professionalism of the staff i will no longer be buying from here. Who wants to buy breakfast from where the servers are clearly making fun of their customers?

The food is always great, the service is complete garbage. These guys look at you like you are an idiot when you're ordering. I've been buying 30-40$ worth of food every morning yet, i always have a problem with the staff. They love to make jokes with each other in spanish about the customers. I come to this place for food, not to be laughed at everyday. Me and my coworkers will no longer be ordering from here again, I hope the owner reads this. Thank you for the disgusting service.
