I'm new to the chik fil a experience I think good and service were awesome. The drive through set up is odd. The two lanes don't merge in a uniform order so one side will pass 5 cars before the other side passes 2 so customers not only get upset but you can see the unexpected look when you pull up to grab order and the service members weren't expecting you
Was there Thursday evening 12-21 and reading previous reviews I see things haven't changed 5 months later. The 3 stars are for the food but the service was slow to ridiculous for what was ordered this is not fine cook to order dining it's fast food but not on this night they still have plenty of bugs to work out here. If you're local and crave Chic-fil-a and won't be flying out of Albany International anytime soon I'd suggest go to Clifton Park location it's funny they opened...read full review

After only eating Chick-Fil-A in D.C. and Virginia, I was overjoyed to find out Chick-Fil-A would be right in my hometown. Although when it opened, it was always crowded, and pretty much impossible to get "fast" food for the first 1-2 months, it has calmed down, and is pretty fast in terms of service.
