The food at this Chilis was a huge disappointment. The service and waitstaff have been very pleasant, but I've been 4 times since June, hoping it would get better, this is a new location for us. I've had unmelted quesadillas, overcooked steaks, undercooked burgers, yellow broccoli and gray mashed potatoes. Have returned food, gotten it comped..... Do better Chili's, cause this baby won't be back.

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. The service is usually lacking, lots of children working there. They won't read instructions on how to prepare your meal. They won't deliver curbside after you check in and wait. They'll forget to include items you paid for with your takeout.

They should change their hours on the website. I called an hour before the restaurant was supposed to close and the lady said that the kitchen was closing soon and it's not the first time bad customer service.
