Im currently 4/4 for visits at Chipotle in East Greenbush not having any veggies (peppers/onions) and their dressing for my chicken bowl. The food service here keeps getting worse and worse. I dont know how management continues to let this happen when people are paying for those items in their meal but not getting a discount everytime they dont have the items. I know this isnt just happening to me. Please do better.

Food was cold,restaurant was filthy,within a hour of leaving my sister and I were sick,cramp’s nauseous ? got us very sick my 2 year old nephew and I had diarrhea and cramped stomached as did my sister..idk if food wasn’t at right temps..but never again will I eat chipotle ??‍♀️????

I showed up 30 minutes after the estimated time my food was to be prepared and my order was not ready. I left when multiple other customers said they had been waiting for 60-90 minutes. This location for the past two months never has the orders ready anywhere near the estimated time yet they take orders on the app saying it will only take 10 minutes to make the food. I paid $30 for food I did not get to eat.

I’ve been in on multiple occasions asked for steak and they flat out say they don’t have any. Not were cooking some, it will be ready soon, nothing. If I go to an establishment an hour and a half before they close, and they don’t have items on the menu they claim to offer they are trash.

We walked in at 9:50 and they said they were closed even though it says there open till 10 and they had all the food still out front. Just a bunch of young kids who don’t want to stay to the time there supposed to stay open.

I would give negative points if that was possible. Server extremely rude, impatient, insensitive and whatever adjectives you could think off. Serving orders as if they are serving free food. Impatiently adding sauces and guac when clearly asked on the side. When i insisted on getting all toppings on the side she threw the food in the trash and in anger went back and poured rice and meat extremely quickly in extreme anger and gave it to me. The buckets are shabby as one thing is mixing with other because of this hasty behavior even when the line was not too long.

Gross as far as Chipotle goes. or just food in general. Stale chips, brown guacamole, rotten lettuce, constantly out of ingredients. Incompetent staff couldnt answer the most basic questions. Anybody running the show in East Grenbush?

We ordered a chicken salad and a vegetable salad. The packing was immaculate and it made for a very good presentation of the food upon opening. The quantity was good and the taste was great. The dressing and the accompaniment of sauces was good. Definitely recommended.

If you're coming here, don't order ahead online - just wait in line and order in person. I've gotten food plenty of times both ways at this location. There's a night and day difference between the food quality, and it's so weird why there's such a huge gap - not like any restaurant I've ever been to. The food as ordered in line is perfectly fine, it's just standard Chipotle, so if you like Chipotle then you'll like this one. I don't know why I haven't learned my lesson, but I just ordered online again tonight and it was atrocious. The portions you get are way smaller. Undercooked, crunchy rice, old veggies, and the portion of "steak" was literally mainly just pieces of fat, and the few actual pieces of steak were *really* undercooked - I don't mind medium rare steak, but not from a Chipotle. This has also been the case with previous online orders I've placed here.The line usually moves fast even if it's busy, so do yourself the favor and order in person if you can.

So, I ate here today for the very first time. I think on a good day, it might have been great, however, I arrived around 2:00, wanted a salad, however, they had no lettuce....so I couldn't order a taco or salad. The guy who waited on me was terrific, even cooking the peppers and onions although there were many other "cooks" standing around. I ended up getting chicken, onions and peppers, cheese, pico de gallo on chips. I was charged $16.04 for a small fountain soda for this and have had diarrhea since eating there. I will not return. Dirty tables, lack of healthy food, over priced. No Thanks.

Went just before 1200pm on a Saturday. Had NO VEGGIES. “We’re just cutting them up.” Really? Price wasn’t reduced even though we didn’t get what we normally would. Poor management.

In 2023 alone, I’ve spent a notable $1,660.71 at this establishment. The food and service have generally been good! However, I encountered an excessive wait time exceeding 30 minutes for my order during my last visit on December 15, 2023. I politely inquired about the delay, but the response I received was unexpectedly argumentative, dismissive, and unapologetic. I ended up having to leave without my order and skip lunch entirely due to other pressing commitments. The wait plus travel time cost me an hour out of my day for nothing. The most notable about the experience though is how little the staffed cared and how they appeared visibly annoyed with me. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
