Drive-thru and then went into use the restroom. My food was cold and staff seem half dead. This was during peak lunch hours. Not sure what's going on in there. No soap in the restroom so wonder how staff are washing their hands?

I come here almost every day and place my order through the app. They provide excellent service usually. Not much waiting time nor incorrect order.But today, 15April2024, there was this lady at food handout window, window #2, in the drive thru, she was very rude to me. Firstly she got my order wrong. And then when I drove around and came back to show her, she said I was wrong, and when I opened my app and showed her the order, she shrugged her shoulders, slammed the window door. She was very rude to me. And I had to ask her again for a straw.Informed the manager but the way she behaved is really forcing me to write a review because I definitely don’t deserve such bad attitude from her.I hope the management looks into this.

Place is a joke sit in like for 20mins. Pay $40. Wait at the window for another 15mins get home half my order is wrong. Gave me a bunch of chicken nuggets and French fries that were cold and soggy. 0 out of 10

This had to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The receipt machine was broke so they were rudely yelling out people's orders , the shake machine was (broken) so I couldn't get my daughter her shamrock shake, they had a full dining hall, of people still waiting for there food. The drive through was out ragesly long and one customer received attitude from the manager himself because she wanted a cup with out liquid in it. My food was not only cold but waiting for 30 mins they gave me a sandwich I asked for with nothing on it at all . I will never return here again.

Went for breakfast, kiosk not available, had trainee/new person on register, didn't really know how to put order in didn't want to ask for help but my husband waved over anther person to assist. Get order fixed,but order a medium coffee carmel light and sweet get small, they take back to get right size, but no carmel, another takes back and no cream or sugar.By this time we have eaten all the food. I kid you not it took 4 people to get a medium carmel,light and sweet coffee. Meanwhile the manager/district manager is just walking around with plastic gloves on and did not assist the workers not one time. SMH

Some how the people here made a way for a McDonald's to be worst than just food that's bad for you. The staff are jerks. They have to open their drawers with crowbars. If they mess up and you ask for a redo they tell you to F off. And somehow they mess up chicken Nuggets. I just got some with frozen insides. As well as this rating I've sent a email to McDonald's corporate. Hoping this place will be gone soon
