I've been there 3 different times n ordered the same thing n all 3 times my food was cold last time I was there I called in my order n explained my food was cold 2 other times so I was told OK my food will b hotSo I get there n have to re place my order because and I waitid about 10 minutes n went to bathroom when I came out I noticed my order being put in oven then was pulled out 3 minutes later so no I will never ever again order food from there I'm disgusted with service n quality of the service n food

(Just moved back upstate) I've lived in Brooklyn for 16 years, this place felt like that slice of home but allowed me to go back to my roots growing up in the countryside.Service is quick, even during a rush, staff are friendly, and the food is spiced perfectly. Good peoples, great food, reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.Not a local and not friends with anyone here, just got an incredible first impression and had to share.

Easily the worst location I've ever been to, which is sad because I've loved paesan's since high school. I order pizza and wings for my husbands birthday. The food was late, cold and an order of my husband's wings was forgotten. After calling and discussing the error, we were told our wings were going to be sent. That never happened and when we called back no one answered. That type of service is unacceptable and I would rather drive further out than ever place an order here again.
