This place has some of the best staff of any chain restaurant. They make it feel like it's a local sandwich shop rather than a big chain. The food is always fast, fresh, and the workers have nothing but smiles and good attitude. Don't be deterred just cause the sign says Subway, this place is great.

The food at the subway near my house is mediocre at best. When I started a new job in Rensselaer I said eh I'll try subway again. So far I've been extremely pleased with this location. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is very friendly. They have been my go to choice for lunch.

Rude, lazy, liars. one woman didn't like how busy they were and how much they had to do, so she's trying to get employees from neighboring food businesses in trouble, assuming they're doing something wrong that's sending so many people to "bother" her at subway for food. disgusting unprofessional attitude.
