Really surprised by the quality and portion of the food. The food I ordered was all so good! No extra charge for pricey ingredients like avocado which was nice. Very friendly staff too. The soup that came with my rice bowl also tasted great. Too bad I don't live in the area but I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick bite!

Waited almost an hour for dine in last night, up at 3am with food poisoning. Had the chicken ramen bowl, and pan fried gyoza. Food was alright, my stomach is now paying. Chicken did not seem to appear raw, however something was certainly off this entire meal.

This unpretentious Japanese restaurant sandwiched between a shoe store and a Five Brothers burger has become one of my favorite spots for a grab and go Sushi Roll. Their sushi is consistently fresh and well prepared. There is a fairly limited number of special roll choices, but every one that I tried has been excellent. Honestly, for the price you can't beat this place. Mostly I've had their sushi rolls, both the regular rolls and their special rolls; but tonight I tried their Chicken Ramen. The boiled egg was perfectly marinated and done to perfection; with a slightly soft center. The chicken was grilled and very flavorful. There were three nice thick slices of fish cake in the dish, along with pickled bamboo shoot. The bowl compared very favorably to the ramen I've had in restaurants specializing in ramen. This bowl was priced at $14. The staff are all very friendly and eager to make suggestions. There is not much to say about the ambience of the place. There are probably some 20 - 30 tables evenly spaced in a manner that calls to mind a school cafeteria. This is not a place to bring a romantic date; but for a quick bite before a movie, or for take-out, it's all it needs to be. I'm giving this restaurant five stars because it does what it does so well. No pretense, just very good sushi at a very reasonable price.

Amazing sushi and fried rice. The sushi was tasteful and the right combination for its size. The beef fried was very good, not too strong on one end of flavours but still good taste that made it very enjoyable. The fried rice was simple, to the point, and wasn’t dry. I even heated it up the next day and it was just as good.

I was visiting from out of town when I tried this spot. I'm so happy I did. My family and I had the hibachi dishes. I got steak hibachi, and my sister got the shrimp hibachi with a side of salmon. I know where I'll be coming for now on when I visit again. Meals were delicious.

We go here a lot. They do a really good job with the food. All sushi is fresh, made to order. Nothing seems to be pre-made. Staff is exceedingly friendly & nice. Highly recommend this restaurant.
