Ordered two chicken breakfast meals and was asked to move upto wait for order while I was the only one in line. Waited 15 minutes until employee came out with food. Employee dropped the coffee and waited another 3 minutes for the coffee to come back out.

Used drive thru, workers were rude while taking the order, got it wrong, cut us off before we finished ordering and couldn’t correct them, then argued about the order when we got to the window, so we left and went elsewhere. Definitely won’t be back.

We arrived at the location at 6:45 PM. to find the dining area closed. The person that was taking our order didn't seem to understand English. Our order was totally messed up. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Went there last night ordered a six dollar biggy bag with a bacon double stack all i asked for was lettuce and mayo added onto it as well as the other stuff that comes on it instead i get just mayo and lettuce not even any bacon, i was near there agin tonight so i decided to go again i ordered the same thing and it was all right besides its chicken instead of beef and half the people there don’t speak english on top of it

So first off, the service was on point!!! The man working the window has THE best energy I’ve seen yet anywhere! He was just so upbeat, friendly and took time to chat which was nice! I did complain about the other local Wendy’s about how my order is always wrong so I never go there anymore. Honestly I stopped going to any Wendy’s for that reason. But I was hungry tonight so figured I’d go to the newer location. Simple order, 2 biggie bags and 10pc nugget. I asked to PLEASE make sure there’s no onion or pickle on the burgers. One burger was perfect the other had both onions and pickles. Not to mention for 18 chicken nuggets I only got one sauce and it was the wrong one. I’m good on Wendy’s altogether and will not be a customer any more. No matter which location I go to it’s always wrong. I figured I didn’t have to check the bag this time because he was so on point with everything else. Very very disappointing!!!! But I do wish that young man all the best and hope he makes it far in his career life!The newer location is North Greenbush NY. The older store I stopped going to awhile ago is the East Greenbush NY location. Just for reference.

We came in for lunch. The cashier must have been very new. She was not able to honor the next customer's coupon and so the guy who was manager and on burgers was wrapped up in helping her. The wait was so long the 2nd customer after me who was behind the people with the coupon asked for a baked potato instead of fries when the cashier looked like she'd need to get the manager again he was like nevermind please l'll take the fries. We received our food after maybe 15 mins...that's a long time for fast food. The soda machine was only supplying flat soda. Lunch was kinda a bust.

Lady behind the counter with long eyelashes is very rude! She looked me dead in the eye whispered something about me to a manager like i couldnt hear her then loudly stated "im not one to discriminate or disrespect" then proceeded to take my order with a severe attitude for no reason! She did not have a name tag on or else i would provide a name. I rarely complete reviews unless ive either had extremely great service or horrid service...this is a horrid service situation...
