My wife was in the mood for some jerk chicken and decided to give this place a try and since are in the vicinity. Now we ordered jerk chicken with one side (picked the homemade rice and beans) to go for $22. While I was in the mood for boned chicken, they only serve boneless but at least it was thighs...so that's good. Let me tell you, the jerk chicken pack quite some heat...which was fine. The chicken was tender and it didn't taste as if it was reheated from a microwave. While it was not the best jerk chicken we ever had, it definitely has its own spin to it. The rice and beans were stellar and complimented this dish. All in all, we kinda expected something mediocre but glad to see that it exceeded our expectation. Based on today's visit, I would give it a 4 stars.

PINKKKYYYY!!!!! That's all I have to say. Hands down the absolute best server I've ever had. It was the perfect start to a girls night. She was attentive, she payed attention to us. She had us feeling like we were the only ones she was serving. Pinky gave us her recommendations and we took her word for it. Let's say she did not disappoint neither did the food. We started with the jerk chicken tacos (spicy) but wow the flavors stood out. Everything was perfect together. Each bite excited my taste buds. Then we did the Cee wings. They were dry rub ( they do not have ranch) the Bleu cheese was good. But as pinky said we did not need any dressing she was right. The food came out hot which is ALWAYS a plus. We had 2 rounds of rum punch. I've had better rum punches but they did what they had to do. Now on to our entrees 1) Yuca Fries with Garlic butter 2) Grilled Broccoli 3 Lollipop Lamb Chops with fried Rice 4) The Heat House Special 5) Shrimp Chow Mein 6) Garlic Shrimp with Smashed Potatoes Literally from 1-6 the dishes were all amazing. They were cooked to perfection. Well seasoned. Each bite was deliverable. Serving portions are more than enough. I am honestly so happy we came here. I can't wait to come back. Pinky truly went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. Now let's talk about the 3rd round. Pinky made me a Henny drink. This drink was everything I wanted in a glass. If you haven't tried Heat The music was LIT. The DJ built up an amazing vibe. It's a great spot for a fun night. Just to let your hair down, eat good, drink good, let some music vibe through your body, smoke hookah and unwind.

Stopped by for happy hour and it did not disappoint. Rum punch was $9 and hookah was $25. For food we ordered the zesty chicken bites which were packed with flavor and saucy goodness and we had the plantain chip fries that had a nice bite. We transitioned from regular happy hour to late night starting at 9pm and had buy one get one shots.

Food was amazing. Chicken Curry w/Roti was cooked to perfection. My wife got the oxtail which was excellent. Portion sizes were perfect. Staff were great. Atmosphere is very enjoyable. Happy Hour deals are extremely worth it. The value here is simply unmatched in New York City. Enjoy.

That was the best asparagus I've ever had IN MY LIFE. My Gawd, it was so flavorful! The lambchops were equally as delicious. Gatdamn! Definitely finger licking good.
Food is delicious! My biggest complaint is that the space is small and they do not do a very good job at accommodating seating. They made us play musical chairs and moved us around every time I went to dine in. Last night we were seated at the bar, the employee then proceeded to move us just as we were about to order (moved us to another side of the bar). She moved us because the bar seats were “reserved.” The truth was there was nobody sitting there the rest of the night and it was solely to accommodate the employees friends. I believe all consumers should be treated and accommodated equally as we are all paying the price. Please do not lie to your customers!

The atmosphere is very relaxed and incites you to stay longer. You could easily hang out there for hours. The mini tacos are anything but mini. The jerk chicken Ramen is hot, well seasoned and a huge portion - there's no skimping on the meat here. So I gave this place a few chances before I decided to leave a review. Each of my experiences here was less than mediocre. The food was just ok, the drinks weren't good and the service was absolutely terrible. On the last occasion they actually charged us incorrectly and when we asked about the additional charges the service got nasty and refuse to address it. Needless to say we won't be returning and we'll let everyone know not to patronize this establishment as they lack customer service skills and rob their patrons without remorse.
