Giving this branch 1 star because the older Indian gentleman overcharged me for a foot long completely vegetarian sandwich with only veggies on it and I can confirm he overcharged me because I came back 1 week later, ordered the same exact thing, and the very nice female charged me $9. I've been coming here because my father needs to get physical and occupational therapy after his stroke and I have no time to get myself food before his appointment, but now I will second guess coming here if that man will be serving me. Some people are incredibly greedy and it's sad. Please do not let this man serve you and if you do, question what he charges you. I was very upset that I paid $18 for a sandwich that honestly didn't even taste good, but I'm so physically drained with my father's situation that I had no energy to question this man. If he owns this branch, I hope it declines so much that he loses his business. He's a thief.

After ordering online before 8 pm and driving over to pick it up the man inside the store laughed in my face and said he never got my order and he is closed. Store hours say open until 9 pm on their door. Avoid if you don't want to spend your day on the phone with your bank to dispute charges. Man advised to cancel order which is not possible and he couldn't tell me either how to do that. Worst customer service ever!!!

Oh where to begin? Only came here cause I was doing A LOT of walking and needed food cause I felt like I was gonna pass out. Hadn't had Subway in a while and now I know why. I went to the guy and said I wanted a six inch tuna sub on WHOLE WHEAT bread. The guy got the bread but I didn't see what he grabbed. I assumed it was what I asked for so I went on with my order. He put the SMALLEST amount of tuna on the sandwich. I could barely even taste it when I started eating. And when I opened the sandwich he had put it on whole grain bread and not the whole wheat that I asked for. Whole grain has seeds and I DO NOT like seeds in my bread. Backtrack a bit tho; I went to the register to pay and this guy WAS NOT listening to me when I said I wanted to scan my Subway card so I could get the points. It took a few tries for him to get it right. I mean, it was like he didn't even work there. I will NOT be returning to this location. That guy needs to be retrained and learn how to 1. Make a sandwich that the customer asks for and 2. Make sure he can understand how to use the register. 100% wasted my money!! Where's my refund?????
