The food is always great, always consistent. When I was ordering in person for the first time the cashier explained certain things on the menu. This was my first time being to a Venezuelan restaurant. It was clean and nice in there, not busy for an early Sunday afternoon. I like ordering from here whenever I'm in Dyckman, nice local spot & they're open late!

It is unfortunate that a business that is so old has staff who, instead of accepting a mistake, are rather defensive. I placed an order at Uber Eats, called to make two complaints and the lady who answered me always claimed that she has only been working for two months. there and things are like what she has experienced in those months, things that I have been a client of ls since her beginnings in Ridgewood and what she claimed had never happened to me but instead of giving the reason she was rather defensive. Too bad, I hope they train their employees who provide customer service better.

I would like a refund of the $42 dollars I wasted on food that I did not order yesterday 1/9/2024. This is the 3rd time I get food from here and my order is completely wrong. I had placed an order for 4 beef empanadas, 3 tequenos, 3 tequeyoyo and 3 cheese empanadas. I received 6 of all chicken and 1 cheese empanada and 5 tequenos not one tequeyoyo. This is not the first time I received all chicken the past 2 times I let it slide, now this is just downright bad service.

Highly recommended typical food restaurant.We tried cachapa and arepa as well as some tea and everything was very delicious. The local sauces are also very delicious, they accompany the dishes wonderfully.I would recommend it to eat something quick and cheap.
