My mom worked at DD decades ago, she loves Dunkin. She's a sweet lil old lady who's very sick and this is her treat before she dies. The last few times, Mohammad has thrown the muffins into the bag and they break. Tonight I asked him politely to please not throw the muffins and even explained bc they break and they're not for me, they're for my elderly mom. So what did he do? He poked holes and squeezed them. They're busted.If you hate your job, Mohammad, and everyone else who works here, please go out and see what you can find with your immaturity and unprofessionalism that will make you happy and not take it out on paying customers. See if you can go do better with your life since you deserve so much better than what you seem to get there. But please, do not think what you're doing is cool, cute, or acceptable, it's a reflection of how mentally ill you are if you think poking holes and squeezing an old lady's muffins is funny. I don't know who you think you're hurting, you're just making yourself look real dumb to the people you serve, a lil old lady who never did anything to you, and a customer who used to tip you and your awful coworkers in an effort to maybe show some compassion toward ppl who clearly hate their lives, jobs, and themselves.Thanks, dude, for showing us who you are, even at work.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been two in my life. They took 1500 points and then try to charge me for everything in my order and then told me they couldn't give me my points back

Walked in, there was a family and a couple. The only employee that was working looked very tired and took my order very blatantly. When my order was ready he waited for me to turn around instead of just saying my name that was on the cup. The food was good at least.

Not enough staff. After waiting in like for 15 mins I placed my order & was charged 10$ for a medium coffee & bagel bites. So after waiting 10 mins for my coffee I told the cook that my Bagel bites were missing the cashier didn't ring them up so I don't understand how I was charged 10$ Also the bagel bites really did a number on my stomach definitely won't ever order those again.
