Yesterday I had the worst morning of my life when I went to eat with my girls. I brought some pancakes from McDonald's because my little one only eats pancakes in the morning and When I started to order my breakfast the waitress told me that I can't sit down to eat hai because I have food from outside. I explained to her that it was just something for my baby and that I left from Pennsylvania, I was alone as a tourist in NY and I didn't know how the waitress had an unpleasant attitude. I don't understand how they can see people working in a restaurant. Hojala never had her turn to go through something.

I almost always order empanadas for delivery and always receive only mashed potatoes and the potatoes’ skin inside, no matter what kind of empanada I order, either chicken or beef, it only comes with mashed potatoes and the potatoes’ skin. But today I found two bones inside of a chicken empanada, which was disgusting and hurt my teeth. Never ordering again.

Feb 2024, the place was empty, service was good, small coffee 10 once, food has changed, Colombian breakfast has rice, scramble eggs and a single piece of pork and french fries and a cheese arepa, not what I expected for $15.00. Beware, this is the only place in New York State that charges you for milk on your coffee and they automatically add 18% tip, and the highest suggested tip is 25%. Incredible. Sorry but I would not recommend this place.

I dont know where to start. I use to go here alot and after today no more. The service was terrible. I notice they tip you upfront and I figure why would they treat one well if there getting paid a lot either way. the tip was 40 bucks for terrible service. I called him once and he gave me an attitude. All he did was bring the plate over. Not once did he came to check in. Their prices are ridiculously expensive considering this is a rat hole place in Ridgewood. The sweet plantain were rotten seriously. They don't throw anything out. Disgusting. My tab was over 250 for chitty food. I would never ever go back. They charge you even to breathe. Im warning you. Stay away.
