Not allowing customers to use bathroom.I've been coming to this place for past eleven years and customer's bathroom was always behind sliding door on the right. Today, 04/03/2024 I came at 1:30 PM to pick up a couple of Napoleon squares and a croissant. I asked lady who was serving me for a bathroom and she replied to me very impolitely: "No, we don't have one." Really ?

Amazing breakfast omelet sandwich on a croissant, cinnamon rolls to perfection and amazing cake (not too sweet which was perfect). The BEST birthday morning surprise I've ever gotten! can't wait to visit in-person!
I went for a morning walk to explore my new neighborhood more. In the past, I've known exactly where I'm going in Ridgewood but never just spent time to explore. I came across this gem that's been a part of the community 90 years. I found out about the history from the amazing and inspiring Toni. The egg and cheese croissant was great. It wasn't greasy like other spots. Yes, they have breakfast options! Not just sweets. The dirty Chai was great. I loved the energy in the bakery. It felt they've built a really good community setting that I'm happy to go back to with my daughter.

Excellent quality service. Very good food, delicious desserts and very good attention from the waitresses.They are very kind and friendly, you feel the warmth of home, it is amazing.I highly recommend it. The desserts are too delicious and the coffee is the best in Buswick.

I loved their pastries when I still ate gluten. Now I can only eat certain things but their GF brownie and cheesecake are fantastic. If they ever figure out how to make a GF turnover/flakey pastry I'll be there every day instead of every week!

Absolutely lovely bakery with extremely friendly staff & so many sweets you won't know where to start. Came here for the first time ever & impressed w the selection. Every possible type of cookie, cupcake, biscotti & cake. Seats in the back to relax & enjoy. They also make sandwiches if desserts not your thing. Overall very satisfied w this spot, there's a reason they've been a neighborhood staple for so many years.
Delicious pastries and the hot drinks are so good and made well. These aren’t deli stuff, it’s the real stuff! Came here with my brother and his gf and they loved this beautiful and warm place.

This is a Ridgewood staple and for good reason. Everything I've ever ordered from Rudy's has been phenomenal. Even their Vegan + GF brownies are insane! I ordered a custom cake recently for a friends birthday and they did an amazing job. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. 10/10!
