I'd rate this place 3 stars except our waitress was super nice and helpful. My kids liked it so much they made me come back later in the week. Applebees is ok if you're in the mood for casual.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is a good value.

I have been eating at Applebees Greece Rochester for over 5 years and for the last two times I’ve there the hostess who seated the guest on April 7 2024 has a dirty attitude and is rude the restaurant was less than 50 percent occupancy and she had us waiting for an hour after she told us 15 minutes wait when, ask how long was the wait she said the time she gave us was approximate with a attitude and still had us waiting for another 35 minutes she left the manager to come and assisted us this is my last time here service is unprofessional. This is one of my worst experience at a Applebees and it’s so sad it’s one of my favorite restaurant

We arrived at 9:07pm and the hostess told us that the wait would be approximately 10 minutes. Several guests left and there were several tables open and we still weren't seated by 9:40 so we walked out. I've been to much busier Applebee's where the staff was courteous and much more efficient. I do not recommend this location.

The food took longer than I was told, and they didn’t give no ketchup for my fries or any blue cheese, for my wings didn’t even ask me if I wanted any, but some of the other staff was nice and polite

Our waitress was polite and treated us good, however i got the 4 cheese mac and cheese and it was very dry and had almost no cheese or any seasoning at all. The portions are small also.

Went in Saturday afternoon around 3. What I witnessed was beyond comprehension.. 2 white girls calling each other the N word 3 feet from me??? Boneless wings were terrible... Way overcooked!This place isn't what it used to be...

Ashley was not good. She was rushed to take our order at the bar. I was not done ordering. She asked about my mushroom Swiss burger and if I wanted onions. I answered. I then realized she was talking to the two guys to our right. I never finished ordering. I wanted anything other than fries. My wife asked if I could get anything other than fries. She implied that the "order was in and she would have to go into the kitchen and change our order". I never finished ordering. She never checked on us. I ordered my burger pink. It was so well done. Not happy
Applebee’s has a $13 hidden service fee on Uber Eats for a $75 food order. This is an extra fee in addition to their $3.99 delivery charge. That’s $17 to deliver the same food and none of it goes to Uber Eats and none goes to a server. When you hide fees instead of adding to your price point for menu items, it’s literally bait and switch pricing. This is being reported to the better business bureau. It’s not normal business behavior and it’s unethical to charge significantly more than the price you list for your items or your delivery charge. Just scummy business practice. And to be clear this is 100% Applebee’s choice, not Uber Eats. If their costs have gone up due to high demand, then raise prices —don’t hide fees and charge more at checkout! Low class business practice for middle of the road food at best. Chicken has been dangerously undercooked (still pink in middle) 2 times when ordering from this specific location. Overcharged and undercooked. BAD COMBO! Needs new business and kitchen mgmt asap.

Service is horrible. Sat for 45mins. Not and drink or a sorry we are behind or nothing.. asked a server nicely if we had a server and was just ingonered.
