We've been to Bacco's a couple of times, usually with friends, and have found it to be wonderful. The food is magnificent. Beautifully prepared, and unique combinations of flavors. The hostess/waitress, Christine, is knowledgeable about the cuisine, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I called at 5:05 and placed an order of two appetizers to be picked up at 5:40. I payed with a credit card over the phone. I arrived at 5:40 to find they had lost my order. They had the credit card receipt for me to sign but no order was found. 3 different people asked me what I had ordered. Finally after waiting fifteen minutes for them to prepare it they handed me my order...without the bread they told me came with the order. Someone disappeared for another 3 or 4 minutes to get the bread. We've eaten there before and the food and service have been decent but this was the first time I attempted carryout. The appetizers turned out to be very tasty but the service really sucked.

We've been to Bacco's a couple of times, usually with friends, and have found it to be wonderful. The food is magnificent. Beautifully prepared, and unique combinations of flavors. The hostess/waitress, Christine, is knowledgeable about the cuisine, friendly, and professional. And we've always been greeted by the owner/chef before leaving. Just the best of everything all rolled into one small gracious place. We are definitely going back soon.

Enjoyable and adorable. Like stepping back in time in the best way. Owner greeted, seated and checked up with us repeatedly. Food and ambience were great.

Really beautiful interior. It is set in a small house that is cozily tight. The owner is really serious about his food (anecdotally I came across someone who works at the butcher shop he gets his meat from. He is apparently not easy to please.). Really exhaustive list of what you expect from an italian restaurant. From pasta/risotto to meat/fish dishes. It is slightly pricey but definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic food, cute atmosphere, and fun hospitality! Kristen was a terrific server and made perfect recommendations. Try the Ruffino Chianti and the Pesce alla Livornese. Best Italian seafood dish I've ever eatened. Fresh, flavorful and light. We fell in love at first bite!

This is, HANDS DOWN, one of the absolute best restaurants I have ever been to. I took my brother here when he visited a few months ago, and we still haven't stopped gushing to our parents about how great of an experience it was. Our waiter, Giovanni, made us feel at home, like we were old friends that he was so excited to see again, even though we had just met. He called us by name and ensured that we were comfortable and were enjoying ourselves. I have dietary restrictions, and he helped me to order something I knew I would safely enjoy. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough if you want just an exceptional dining experience.

Disclaimer: I never actually went inside or ate the food. I found this place on Yelp with pretty decent reviews. On a Wednesday evening a co-worker and I ventured from our hotel to Bacco's to find a rundown building with a dirty awning, a closed door, and no one around. We walked around back to find no one in the parking lot. The kitchen windows in the rear were open but no sign of anyone. We looked across the street and saw a good amount of people at another establishment so went there instead. I then doubled checked google to see if maybe I got the dates/times wrong for Bacco's. Nope. Just some mixed remarks from customers and a snotty response from the restaurant to a customer who left a poor review based directly on their experience. When the establishment pushes back so rudely like that on a customer, it proved why no one was there. It was appalling to see the complete lack of respect for their customers. I anticipate they won't be able to hold back on me either. Best of luck. A little cleaning and an inviting atmosphere would go a long way.
