We've ordered food from this location for many years and will not be returning. Telephoned an order for pickup as we usually do and paid at the counter the full amount. When we got home the order was short by one meal because, according to the staff, they ran out of meat! That info was never conveyed by the cook to the counter person but they charged the full amount anyway. We did return to order a substitute and to my surprise, I was told to pay the $3.00 difference. We spoke with corporate who apologized for what happened and they offered a gift card but we declined. There's something very wrong about being deliberately charged for something you know you haven't delivered and frankly I've lost all respect for Bill Grays. We won't be eating there again ever.

Update- waited a long time to try again but same , dry old burgers and at almost $8.00 just for the burger that is beyond unexceptable!!!Used to be the worlds greatest cheeseburger for sure. Last couple visits tho the burgers seem over done and dry. Almost as if cooked and sitting awhile before serving. Definatley not the best anymore. This visit the frys were double fried as well. Shame, could be so good.

Avoid this location. They are a revolving door that hires the lowest quality workers possible. I have not had a good experience here in the last 3 years. Before that it was way different, and better. Always the wrong order and very long wait times now. Fries burned to a crisp and coleslaw is straight up gross.

Stopped in for the Veterans Day special which was a nice offering. I asked for gravy to dip my fries in and offered to pay for it as I love their gravy. Unfortunately when I arrived at work I found no gravy. Ended up not eating the fries. Oh well.

Best Burgers Bill Gray's left the Buffalo area sometime ago but occasionally we will drive the hour to get there food. If they would have had the sports bar restaurant model here it would still be here and very busy.

The manager, a women 9/30/23 5:15pm was very rude to the point under her breath I heard her say Oh My God . I had forgotten to use the online coupon and she pretty much argued with me that you can't use a coupon for online. But yet the coupon clearly says you can. Very rude and I couldn't be helped.
